Nike’s SB (Skateboarding) line has been extremely successful ever since it was launched in March in 2002. Though many have complained that Nike SB has been slacking in terms of uniqueness the past couple months, the July 2009 collections may prove otherwise. The Dunk SB will release in three variations: a blue/white low-top, a black/sea green mid-top, and a black/ozone high-top. The Blazer SB will release in two colorways: green spark/pimento and white/hot red. The Zoom Tre SB will drop in an Orgeon Ducks inspired colorway, while the Bruin SB will be made available in a simple black/white colorway. In addition, Stefan Janoski’s Pro Model will also release in reed/stone. All eight sneakers will release as part of the Nike SB July 2009 Collection.

Legendary film producer Spike Lee just celebrated his 50th birthday, and honestly, we cannot think of a better way to celebrate than getting to collaborate on your own Nike Blazer! The Nike Retro hightop features a perforated white leather upper with a black midsole and heel, green inner lining and red Swoosh. “NIKE” is stitched into the heel. There’s no release date planned for the Spike Lee x Nike Blazer, but we’ll be sure to update when more conclusive information surfaces!

The Nike SB Blazer is constantly on the top of fans’ wish lists due to the plethora of colorways Nike releases via their high-top silhouette. For their Spring 2010 collection, Nike SB will be dropping two variations that are extremely different. The first pair yields a red suede upper with anthracite accents seen on the toe box, heel, lace region, and tongue, while white accents are visible via the swoosh and mid-sole. The second variation features a green nubuck upper with a perforated swoosh, white mid-sole, and white laces. Expect to see both sneakers release in Spring ‘10.

The Nike SB Blazer is consistently re-issued in clean and fresh new colorways that have Nike SB fans wanting more. This time around, the SB Blazer is nicknamed “Swoosh Life,” and it hosts a grey nubuck upper accented by a red swoosh, brown mid-sole, black laces, and a red out-sole. Though the colors and color placements are on point, the most interesting aspects of this sneaker are definitely the embroidered words on the heel tabs; the left pair yields the word “SWOOSH,” while the right pair features the word “LIFE.” Expect to see the Nike SB Blazer Swoosh Life at select retailers this Summer ‘09.

With the month of June coming to an end and the warm weather quickly approaching, we have a look at what Nike SB will have to offer for July ‘09. The Blazer SB will be dropping in a green spark colorway composed of a green upper with white and red accents, while Stefan Janoski’s Pro Model will release in a light brown style. The Dunk SB Low and the Bruin SB are both set to drop in an extremely similar color scheme composed of a black suede base with white accents seen on the swoosh, mid-sole, heel, and tongue. Aside from the Nike Dunk and Air Force 1, the Blazer High is one of the most popular Nike silhouettes ever created. For their Spring ‘10 collection, Nike will be dropping three new variations of the Blazer. The first sneaker hosts a medium grey mesh upper with pink inner lining and a white mid-sole, while the second style features a varsity red mesh upper with a black inner lining and white mid-sole. The final variation of the Blazer High from this preview yields a simple black leather upper accented by a white mid-sole. Be on the lookout for all three sneakers to drop in the Spring of 2010.
