What started out as a mere rumor in late September of an Air Jordan 2010 sneak peek is now a complete reality. Many sneakerheads rejoiced once official word got out that Dwyane Wade had become an official Jordan Brand member. After all, Wade would finally be leaving a Converse brand fans did not think was doing the phenomenal basketball player justice. Moreover, becoming a JB member would also perhaps mean more Jordan releases in the traditional “bred” (black/red) colorway OG sneakerheads go simply gaga for. Well, now that Dwyane Wade IS part of Jordan Brand, both of those things have actually become a reality.

ESPN reports that Jordan Brand has specifically chosen Dwyane Wade to be the face of the campaign efforts behind the Air Jordan 2010, which will drop in its first colorway on February 13 of next year, with a $170 retail price tag. The face of the Miami Heat franchise basically since his rookie year, Dwayne Wade now feels humbled and honored to be the team Jordan Brand member chosen to debut the Jordan sneaker that commemorates the brand’s historic 25-year run. Via his Twitter page, #3 expressed his happiness at “standing side by side (with Michael Jordan) as a team.” We would like to congratulate Dwyane Wade on this honor and Michael Jordan on his brand’s success. All sneakerheads around the world await IMpatiently to see what else Jordan Brand has in store for us in 2010. Has all the hype made the AJ2010 a must-cop for you yet? Although the bump of the Rising Sun has messed with the November Air Jordan XII Retro release schedule a bit, the lone December model should make its way into storefronts on time. We’ve seen some detailed pictures of the colorway before, but now Footlocker has provided us with a view from every angle. You can look forward to the colorway hitting Footlocker and other Jordan Brand retailers on December 19th for the expected $150.

Previewed way back in June, we finally have some more detailed images of the White/Black colorway of the Air Jordan VI Retro scheduled to release next year. With colorways also releasing in Black and Black/Red, 2010 is shaping up to be a rather big year for the classic Air Jordan sneaker, and this bold two-tone model certainly keeps the shoe’s momentum rolling. Featuring a speckled midsole/heel tab, translucent outsole, and black and white leather upper, the model is bound to turn some heads. Word has it that the colorway will hit retailers in March for around $150, but stayed tuned for more definite release details.

In the middle of October we caught a glimpse of an Air Jordan II in a White/Metallic Silver colorway that is set to release at some point in 2010. We haven’t seen many general release AJ IIs as of late, such as the pair that came with the AJ XXI in one of the 2008 countdown packages. But this is also going to be viewed as a great release for many Jordan lovers because although it is not a OG colorway, it is nonetheless a rather appealing color scheme. So, we now bring you some more detailed pictures of this shoe as we await more official word regarding next year’s release of this Air Jordan II.

Well, in that case, there is perhaps no team to be more jealous of than the Motorsports racing team endorsed by Jordan Brand. This week we brought you a few shots of two more reasons to wish you were a part of either the Motorsports racing team or Jordan Brand- the Motorsports 6 Rings and AJ VI. Now, it is our pleasure to show you an exclusive look at not only the Air Jordan 6 Rings just mentioned, but also how it plays off of the Jordan-Suzuki American Superbike pictured here.

Thanks to photographer Brian J. Nelson, we’re able to show you some shots taken at the New Jersey Motorsports Park in Millville, NJ. The colorway used here matches perfectly with not only the motorcycles on which the team rides, but also the uniforms in which the team hits the track. The famous cement print needs no introduction, but to see it in such a sleek execution as black and white is sure to have people salivating as you read this. Enjoy more pictures after the jump.

We’ve seen Jordan Brand’s Motorsports 2009 Pack in parts before, news of the Air Jordan VI colorway hitting back in March and the Air Jordan 6 Rings previewing a few weeks ago. Now that we have the collection all together, we also have some more detailed release information. It appears as though the colorways will not be seeing a general release, the models only available to the AJ Motorsports team and their friends and family… but that doesn’t mean that a few pairs won’t make their way on the bay one day.
