To go along with the White/Gold Air Jordan XX3 (23) Unreleased Sample, these Air Jordan XX3 (23) samples are also of the unreleased variety. First up is a XX3 that features a titanium upper, black midsole TPU wrap, and white toecap. The shoe’s upper is complimented by a university blue/varsity white computerized stitch pattern. The other pair is clothed in the exact same upper but is characterized by a black ankle collar and titanium blue ankle collar. Both samples draw a strong resemblance to the Air Jordan XX3 (23) Premier White/Titanium – University Blue, but I’m glad these didn’t release–the color schemes just ain’t vibing in my opinion. Already an early MVP candidate, New Orleans Hornets guard Chris Paul is off to a phenomenal year racking up stats in bunches. Paul has been gracious on the court and so has Jordan Brand by creating different player exclusive models for Paul to wear, mainly the Air Jordan XX3 (23). CP3’s away XX3 has appeared on both the Hornets star’s feet and online. The away model features black with teal, conforming to the colors of the road jersey. In just a few seasons, Chris Paul of the New Orleans Hornets has gone from a lightning fast rookie to a NBA superstar. During his short career, Paul has experienced more than some players do in an entire career including having to leave New Orleans because of Hurricane Katrina. Subsequently, the New Orleans Hornets moved to Oklahoma City and Paul began a new chapter to his career. Upon returning to New Orleans, the Hornets have experienced great success. On November 21, 2008, Chris Paul led his Hornets back into Oklahoma City to face the Thunder. In that game, Paul wore this pair of Air Jordan XX3 (23) PEs that is now being auctioned off on ebay by the CP3 Foundation. This player exclusive features a black upper with light blue accents, topped off with a CP3 logo on the ankle support. This pair is not only game worn, but also autographed by Chris Paul himself. Chris Paul is not only one of the elite point guards in the NBA, he is also one of the few players that keeps a fresh sneaker game on and off the courts. A couple days ago, the New Orleans Hornets faced off against the Sacramento Kings at the New Orleans Arena. After warm-ups were completed and the players had taken the court, many at home stared at their TV screens in awe at what Chris Paul was wearing. Though seeing Chris Paul in a pair of Jordan Player exclusives is not something new, we have yet to see anybody in the NBA wear a colorway of the Jordan XX3 that can be compared to these. Featuring a white upper with carolina blue accents, this colorway is on point when it comes to matching them with the New Orleans Hornets’ jerseys. The Air Jordan XX3 (23) pictured above is the earliest version of the newly released Air Jordan. The wear test sample was created back in 2006, while the actual Air Jordan XX3 debuted just this year. As you can see it somewhat resembles the final version of the Air Jordan XX3 (23), but only displays the overall concept of the XX3. As for the color-way, it is not the first color-way seen, but it does consists of a later released combination of white, red, and black.
