This friday the Air Jordan XIII ‘Flint’ is releasing, its been 5 years since its past release, but its been a total of 13 years since the Air Jordan XIII ‘Playoffs’ released. Thats about to change due to the fact that the Air Jordan XIII ‘Playoff’ is set for a February 26th release. Compare to the Original ‘Playoffs’ and the retro, not much has change, which makes this retro great. A mostly all black upper composed of leather and suede, with some hints varsity red accents throughout the shoe. A classic shoe retroed properly, most Jordan fans would say its been quite a while since a decent retro has been dropped. With all the hype around the up coming Air Jordan XIII retros droping this month and next month, a Jason Kidd PE has surfaced. This Player Exclusive was made for Jason Kidd back when he was signed with the New Jersey Nets, which explains the white, grey and red colorway. Much like the Air Jordan XIII ‘Grey Toes’ this PE features an white leather upper with grey on the toe area and instead of team red a varsity red takes its place. On top of the Air Jordan logo on the tongue the number 5 and J Kidd is branded in red. Now even though these will never hit store selves, you can cop this very pair thanks to thecoolshoeshine on eBay. Just one out of the couple of pairs of the Air Jordan XIII that are being reretroed, happens to be a non-original colorway. Last seen back in 05, the Air Jordan XIII ‘Altitude’, is expecting yet another release sometime next year. With this retro being reretroed, expect these to have some minor differences like some ballistic nylon ‘dimple’ panels that appear on both the ‘Flints’ and ‘Breds’ Air Jordan XIII’s. Now no other info has been given but these should be available sometime Summer of 2011, more shots of this retro can be seen after the jump.
