This NBA season has seen a lot of team Jordan Brand members sporting their own Player Exclusives Air Jordan XII, including Richard Hamilton, Joe Johnson, and Dwyane Wade. After being granted his wish of a release from the San Antonio Spurs, Michael Finley debuted last night with his new team, the Boston Celtics. Along with him he brought the Air Jordan XII PE pictured here- although it wasn’t distinctly “Boston Green” and the end result was a close loss. Jordan Brand and Team Jordan Brand members have treated NBA fans and sneakerheads alike to a lot of Air Jordan XII eye candy this season. We’ve seen superstars like Richard Hamilton and Dwyane Wade have been putting on a display of Air Jordan XII footwear that could straight up leave you salivating. In fact, Joe Johnson has also been seen sporting some XIIs this season, but this time we’re showing you a different pair of his PEs. Check out the Air Jordan XII PE he’s been wearing recently. The sneaker comes in a predominantly black suede/nubuck upper with slight red accents near the mudguard and heel of the shoe. There weren’t too many top 25 NCAA men’s basketball teams in action last night. Moreover, although whenever the University of Connecticut’s men’s basketball team is discussed it is usually in light of a top 25 ranking, the team dropped out of the rankings in which last week it found itself at 19. So last night the men attempted to get back on track against a Big East rival in Louisville…. with the help of the Air Jordan XI and XII. Kemba Walker laced up the Air Jordan XI “Space Jams” we recently spotted Lil’ Wayne rocking at the Grammys. Meanwhile, teammates Stanley Robinson and Jerome Dyson were seen sporting the Air Jordan XII “Flu Game” and Air Jordan XII white/black-varsity red, respectively. Although UConn fell short against Louisville, it sure was a nice treat watching these speedy collegiate athletes running back and forth in such Air Jordan heat. Two weeks ago we saw the Miami Heat’s Dwyane Wade showcase his skills and a home colorway of his Air Jordan XII Player Exclusive. Over this passed weekend, there were a flurry of NBA teams in action. Last night specifically, we saw two NBA Jordan Brand members play host while lacing up two more Air Jordan XII Player Exclusives- Richard Hamilton of the Detroit Pistons and Ray Allen of the Boston Celtics. In a losing effort, Rip faced the Orlando Magic in an Air Jordan XII that sported a predominantly white leather upper and contained several Detroit Pistons blue accents throughout. “Sugar Ray” Allen was, similarly, unable to help his team overcome the defending NBA Champion Los Angeles Lakers despite lacing up his own home version of the Air Jordan XII PE. Last weekend a number of NBA stars treated basketball and sneaker fans alike to some eye candy by putting on a display of different Air Jordan XIIs and Air Jordan Player Exclusives. Last night the trend continued in Atlanta and Charlotte. Joe Johnson was once again spotted in some home Air Jordan XII PEs, which, because of the similarities in team colors, looked a lot like the pair that Gerald Wallace wore at home against the Miami Heat. Wallace was joined by Stephen Jackson with the “Rising Sun” Air Jordan XII again, while the Heat’s Dwyane Wade showed us the away version of his Air Jordan XII PE we showed you yesterday. Last night, the Miami Heat faced the Indiana Pacers at home, where those in attendance or watching at home might have noticed something previously unseen on the feet of Dwyane Wade. While fellow team Jordan Brand member Quentin Richardson wore the red/white Air Jordan XII that released last December, Dwyane Wade wore a pair slightly more personalized. When someone on Twitter pointed out that D-Wade had rocked red/white XII’s, the NBA superstar replied, “Yes I was. Wit a lil touch of miami gold-orange. Hottness.” If you look closely, you will notice the Miami Heat touches Dwyane Wade alludes to on the outer and inner parts of the shoe- just above the sole. Moreover, you can distinguish between the teammates’ AJ XIIs because Richardson’s comes with black ankle lining, while Wade’s comes with red ankle lining. Many NBA sneakerheads had been waiting for a while to see number 3 play more often in signature Air Jordan silhouettes, as opposed to just models like the AJ XVI.5- hopefully there will be more where this came from.

This past Friday, those who watched the Spurs/Bobcats and/or Suns/Hawks game were treated to an incredible display of Air Jordan XIIs. In Charlotte, Stephen Jackson was spotted balling in the Air Jordan XII “Rising Sun,” while his teammates D.J. Augustin and Gerald Wallace each sported Air Jordan XII PEs. That same night in Atlanta, Joe Johnson had also chosen to lace up a pair of Air Jordan XII PEs, (while his teammate Mike Bibby opted for another one of his favorites in the Air Jordan XIII low).

Last night in Toronto, the home team’s Amir Johnson was spotted in the red/white Air Jordan XII. The Dallas Mavericks’ Josh Howard, who has been the beneficiary of very nice Dallas Mavericks PEs during his membership in team Jordan Brand, was seen making cuts in his own Air Jordan XII PE. Which of the six Air Jordan XIIs spotted on the NBA hardwood this past weekend looked the nicest in your opinion?
