It’s been a while since we’ve seen falsetto singer The Dream, however, that’s since changed with the debut of his new music video, “Ghetto”, featuring rapper Big Sean.

Rocking the Air Jordan “Chicago” 10 in his new video, The Dream, a.k.a Terrius Nash, is one of the first celebrities to be seen wearing the highly anticipated sneakers that don’t see an official release date until January 21, 2012. The Air Jordan 10 Retro Chicago release could be the most hyped up shoe for 2012, and its still 2011. As we see, more pictures of the first time retro’d Bulls Jordan 10 have made it’s way onto the site.

A re-cap for those that missed our original Air Jordan X Chicago 2012 retro post, they are not identical to the 1995 release and Jordan Brand decided to remove the 23 stitched. Below is a list of what has changed:

2012 Air Jordan 10 (X) Chicago Changes

* 2012 Retro: Red and black checkered liner.
* 1995 Original: Solid black liner.

* 2012 Retro: Red Jumpman Logo at the heel.
* 1995 Retro: Black Jumpman Logo at the heel.

* 2012 Retro: Two pairs of laces are shown so far, one with black and very faded white checkered print (rope laces), and black with red vertical print flat laces (shown on our previous post of the 2012 Jordan Chicago 10, and a solid black pair of rope laces).
* 1995 Original: Solid black rope laces.

* 2012 Retro: Inside of the tongue is a vibrant colored tag with the Jumpman logo. The size tag will be placed on the inner lining.
* 1995 Original: The size tag is placed on the inner tongue.

The Air Jordan X 2012 Chicago’s will release January 21st 2012 with a price tag of $160.

Catalog and sample images appeared of the 2012 Air Jordan 10 “Chicago” sometime back, but today we have official pictures of the release.

From our initial look, the Air Jordan X (10) Chicago 2012 had 23 stitched on the upper by the heel, but it looks like Jordan Brand decided to scrap it.

Their are a few small differences between the original and retro Jordan 10 Chicago. The retro will have a red Jumpman at the heel while the original has a black Jumpman. 2012 release will feature a black and red checkered liner, original has solid red lining. It also looks like the 2012 Jordan X Chicago will come with a second pair of laces with black and faded red stripes.

We will have the chance to grab a pair of the Jordan 10 2012 Chicago this January for $160.

Jordan couldnt stay away from the game he truly loved. In 1995 Michael Jordan decided to return from retirement and once again dominate the court. Now when Jordan came back to join the bulls, the number 23 was currently being occupied, so instead MJ worn the jersey number 45. 1995 was also the year that the Air Jordan X released, and since MJ was number 45, his Air Jordan X ‘Chicago’ had the number 45 stitched on the shoes upper. We all know the AJ X ‘Chicago’ iconic colorway, a white based upper with black around the eyestay and midole, and hints of red throughout the shoe. Quite simliar to the Air Jordan X Sacramento, one third of the RUN-TMC, Mitch Richmond, had his own pair of Sacramento Xs. Instead of the black leather upper, his player exclusive features a mostly white leather upper, with black appearing on the mid and outsole and eyestay. A royal purple is used on the shoes inner linning, while Mitch jersey number can be seen on the shoes side ankle area. Its too bad these Air Jordan X wont be hitting store selves but you can pick up this exact pair on eBay, from seller envyusek. Continue after the jump for a better look at this Air Jordan X pe and lets us know which Sacramento colorway you prefer.

Seems like all the Air Jordans are going to have Pantone 248 make over, with the Air Jordan VIII, IX and X joining the collection. A Carolina Sky Blue nubuck upper with a White mid and bottom sole and White accent, lets not forget the Pantone 248 lasering on the upper. Jordan Brand continues with their streak of Air Jordan fusion models, this time placing the Air Jordan X upper atop the Air Force 1 sole. Many AJ fans aren’t happy with a lot of the recent synthesis models, but this combination could be a step in the right direction, the AJX upper providing for a much simpler silhouette than that of the debatably clashing Air Jordan VIII Fusion model. Rumor has it that this latest hybrid is to reach storefronts by 2010, but we’ll wait and see whether the model gets there at all.
