Previously referred to as the Air Jordan Jumpman Elite 2009, we have now received word that this pair’s official name is the Air Jordan Jumpman Elite 1. Debuting at the end of February 2009, this sneaker seems to be more rigged towards providing a quality basketball experience outdoors rather than the conventional indoor basketball sneaker. Featuring an exposed lacing system and a strong ankle support system, this sneaker will most definitely yield a comfortable basketball experience both indoors and outdoors. The colorway shown above features a varsity red leather upper including a silver jumpman and a leather toebox/side. There is expected to be 6 colorways of the Air Jordan Jumpman Elite 1 releasing in upcoming months. 2 pairs will release on February 28, 2009 and the remaining 4 will be released on March 1, 2009.
