Now there are four more Air Jordan 1’s revving up also for a December 2009 release. Two of the Air Jordan 1’s come in a classic retro execution- one done up with metallic silver and another with what appears to be obsidian/black patent leather. Jordan Brand has thought of the perfect way for us to stay “MOTIVIZED!” as Leroy Smith would say, by putting into production the Air Jordan I (1) Retro Leroy Smith. I mean, the man did motivate his Airness to become who he is today, so the least JB could do is give him a commemorative shoe. The Leroy Smiths feature a black leather base to go along with the black midsole, which rests atop a gumsole. The upper features colors of red, purple, and gold, to go along with the 80’s style of Leroy. The Leroy logo replaces the AJ symbol on the tongue tag to let ‘em know who’s boss. The “Do The Right Thing Pack”, featuring a white/metallic red and white/metallic green Air Jordan I (1) is available early on eBay. The main difference betwixt the release versions available and previous samples is the inner lining. Samples included a multicolored liner, while the release versions are one solid tone. Both shoes feature a tumbled leather upper, and most sellers have them hovering around the $110-115 range, each. Out of all the Jordan releases over the past few years, the Air Jordan 1 model has seen the most colorways and variations. This new Air Jordan 1 features a full leather upper, with holographic accents on the strap and swoosh. These sneakers also feature round laces, instead of the traditional flat laces. To finish these shoes off properly, JB adds on a solid white midsole. There’s no word on a release, but if you’re a fan, be sure to keep these on your radar.

These past few weeks have been filled with Air Jordan I (1) Retro Highs, but next month will see the release of a grade school model. Initially, this Air Jordan I may look like a retro of the popular royal blue style, but this version consists of lighter blue known as vivid blue with a multi-colored print on the inner lining. Everything else is kept like the original like the placement of black and a white midsole. Release is scheduled for December 6th with a retail price of $85. Via SC.

This month has seen the release of several different styles of the Air Jordan I (1) however this model is exclusive to grade school sizes. Featuring a more basic colorway, the Air Jordan I High is hit with a white base and metallic silver and pale blue accents. The majority of the sneaker is white, but subtle treatments of metallic silver and pale blue make this model stand out. Finishing this high-top is an icy sole, an added bonus to a solid design.
