In October we brought you a look at some of the Air Jordan releases especially designed for the House of Hoops opening in Houston, Texas. Now, four of those shoes will be available for purchase from the Chicago House of Hoops starting this Saturday, December 19th. Two of the four shoes are Air Jordan Force Fusions- a bred XIII and a red/blue/white IV with speckled midsoles. The other two are both the Air Jordan I in a high-top cut and the same colorways. Congrats to Chicago for being blessed with this opportunity by Jordan Brand. Which of the four shoes would you be gunning for the most were you given the opportunity to choose from all four? The House of Hoops phenomenon is hitting not only statewide, but also worldwide. Recently, we brought you word that yet another stateside House of Hoops location was opening up- this time in Houston, Texas. Nike, of course, had a couple of goodies prepared for this event- among which was a pair of Nike Houston Hyperize’s. But, it appears as though the surprises did not end there. During the opening, a pair of Air Jordan I High’s and Air Jordan Fusion IV’s in a white patent leather-red/navy blue colorway were on display. Furthermore, the pairs of shoes also boasted speckled blue midsoles- for added flavor. These have been seen only during the Houston’s House of Hoops’ opening, with no word yet- either positive or negative- on a general release. Jordan Brand, as is customary for it, has been making a splash in 2009. While many think the best is yet to come, we here at SneakerFiles want to remind you of three JB sneakers that will officially be dropping tomorrow, August 29th. The AJ Fusion IV in the iconic Red/Cement/Black colorway has made its way to certain people’s hands but will officially release this Saturday. Along with the Fusion IV will be the Lakers inspired AJ Retro 1 Hi and Black/Cement Grey AJ Retro 1 Hi-both also highly sought after. Each of these three pairs of sneakers will release on its own. How many of you are going to cop any or all of these last August JB releases?

Air Jordan is keeping kids cool this summer with the release of the Air Jordan Fusion IV (4) GS in a cool grey/infrared-neutral grey colorway. Much like the Cool Grey Jordan IV’s, the shoe uses a cool grey nubuck upper with neutral grey panels and infrared accents. The grey midsole is splatter white above an inrared AF1 outsole. These jay’s are available now online overseas for about $103, and are definitely great sneakers for the next generation.

Jordan Brand is kicking off their Fusion IV series with the Air Jordan Fusion IV (4) White/Varsity Red, inspired by the “OG” Air Jordan IV (4) Fire Red/White/Black-Varsity Red. The hybrid features a smooth white leather upper that’s complimented varsity red “Rubber Wings” and a black heel tab. The IV’s iconic netting lays across the shoe’s middle. Under the hood, the Fusion incorporates the outsole of the Nike Air Force One (1).

We have seen a few styles of the upcoming Air Jordan Fusion IV (4) which are inspired by original Air Jordan 4 colorways, including the “Military Blue” AJF4. Now, we have our first look at an Air Jordan Fusion 4 which sways away from the original colorways, and features a varsity red nubuck upper accented by a white sole and cement print seen on the heel, wings, and midsole. There is no doubt that this colorway is quite unique, but similarities can easily be seen between this pair and the Air Jordan V Retro Varsity Red/White-Black which will release in the upcoming DMP II (2) package. The Air Jordan Fusion IV (4) – Varsity Red/Cement is rumored to release in the upcoming months, so be sure to stay tuned for updates.
