Earlier in the 2009 NBA Playoffs, Joe Johnson showcased another PE colorway of the Air Jordan Element. Well recently, he decided to bring out the Away colorway of his Air Jordan Element PE. These new sneakers are predominantly black, and feature a red and white midsole. Joe Johnson is one of the best out there, and JB is going to keep lacing up one of their stars nicely. Cultivated by the rugged blacktop play in France’s premier streetball tournament, Quai54, the Air Jordan Element Quai54 Edition features a tasteful blend of patent leather, ballistic mesh, and translucent materials to create a shoe that’s asphalt friendly. The black/marble blue affair features the Q54 x Jumpman logo on the outside of the tongue, and the tournament’s Ruff’n'Tuff (no Brokeback) on in the inside of the tongue. Under the foot, the model is blessed by deep recessed traction grooves that should help in navigating the chaotic play on an outdoors court near you.
