As we’ve seen many themed Air Jordan 6 custom sneakers in the past, there has arguably never been anything more fascinating than this Air Jordan 6 x Nike Air Yeezy “Net”Custom.

The man behind the shoes, Mike Nameus, has done the unthinkable by combining the Jordan 6, one of sneaker history’s most beloved signature sneakers, and elements of the Nike Air Yeezy Net/Net, a popular model released by Nike and Kanye West back in 2009. As seen with detailed images below, this unique custom displays familiar characteristics to its predecessor including an emblazoned “Y” pattern on the toe cap and glow-in-the-dark properties on the outsole.

We’re pretty sure that Batman had an extensive sneaker collection that included many pairs of the Air Jordan 6. For those who may not remember, he wore the Jordan 6 in the movie “Batman Forever.” Unfortunately Alfred wouldn’t let us grab a hold of a pair, but these customs will do.

PH23customs takes us back to circa 2008 with the Air Jordan 6 “Dark Knight” custom. The black on black silhouette  features an all black leather and nubuck upper with smoke grey and obsidian blue accents throughout. If your a fan of the Spider Man comics or movies, then you have to check out this new custom by El Cappy. Taking the Air Jordan 6 White/Infrared, which is slowly transitioning to Venom. Great detail went into the Air Jordan 6 Venom custom, including the Jumpman logo on the back, which has been turned into Venom. The black is the symbiote (from Marvel comics) taking over the shoes. Lastly is the Venom logo on the toe box.

Eric Lowry, aka “El Cappy” is at it again, this time customizing a pair of Air Jordan 6 to resemble the Tokyo 23 Jordan 5 and CP3.IV. El Cappy also customized the very popular Jordan 6 “South Beach“, while the Tokyo 23 edition adds to his lineup. If you look closely, a tag is present that says “1 of 10″, signifying that 9 other pairs are in existence. More than likely, they will sell out very fast.

Earlier this year, we previewed the “Lakers” Air Jordan 6 and we heard mixed responses from our readers. Some of you couldn’t help but love them, while others hated them with a passion. Whatever the case may be, we now have more detailed images of the sneakers to help you make your decision on this pair. Hosting a black upper accented by maize and purple, this AJ 6 is obviously inspired by the Los Angeles Lakers, the reigning NBA Champions. The “L.A. Lakers” Air Jordan VI is set to debut later this year, so stay tuned for any updates.

Back in May, we reported that the Doernbecher Air Jordan 6 (VI) would be the next sneaker to release from the Doernbecher Freestyle series, and we now have images and more information to share. This Air Jordan 6 hosts a navy blue suede upper with gold and red accents. A couple other key aspects of this sneaker include “What time is it?” / “Game time!” on the tongue, the number one on the rear, and “06/08″ on the upper. To cap it all off, Jordan Brand has also included an icey clean clear midsole. As of now, there is no exact release information regarding the “Doernbecher Freestyle” Air Jordan 6 (VI), but a Fall 2009 release is likely.

With the success of both the Air Jordan 1 and Air Jordan 2 Doernbecher, Jordan Brand and Nike are getting the new Doernbecher set. Rumor has it the Jordan apart of the new series will be the Air Jordan 6. Sounds good so far, and although we do not have a picture just yet, they are described as being “Infrared’s“, but with golden stripes on the toe box, insides, and a Gold number 1 stitched at the heel. This is not 100% confirmed as of yet, but we will keep you posted.
