Leaders1354 frontman Ty recently unveiled the Nike Air Hoop Structure in this black/red style. The shoe features a nubuck upper with mesh hits around the midfoot. We have seen a couple previews of the Nike Air Hoop Structure upto this point, and we now have our first look at the sneaker come in an OG Triax colorway. This pair features a white upper with black accents seen on the tongue, toecap, and heel, while blue accents are visible via the swoosh, tongue, and rear mid-sole, and red accents are on the tongue and swoosh. Overall, this pair yields a clean and fresh style which is definitely reminiscent of one of the OG Air Structure Triax colorways. The Nike Air Hoop Structure is expected to release in November ‘09.

Earlier today, we saw a simple new colorway of the Nike Air Hoop Structure, and we now have our first look at a much brighter, more well known colorway. This style of Nike’s newest hybird basketball sneaker is directly inspired by the “Aqua” Air Jordan 8 (VIII). Featuring a black nubuck and leather base accented by an aqua swoosh, a purple tongue, a clear sole, and the classic Air Jordan 8 pattern on the rear, this sneaker is definitely one of the hotter Nike Basketball products we have seen in a while. After checking out the Nike 2009 Upcoming Releases Preview we gave a little while ago, many sneakerheads were highly impressed to see a hybrid that most were fond of. That hybrid model was the Nike Air Hoop Structure which takes key components of the Nike Air Structure Triax 91 and a currently unknown Nike Basketball product and meshes them together to create a clean, fresh, and unique basketball sneaker which will surely be functional on the hardwood while still looking great off the courts. Though Jordan Brand is not involved in this hybrid, elements of the Air Jordan VI (6) can be seen via the midsole and collar cushion.
