The day after Thanksgiving is known as Black Friday and will be celebrated by Nike and DJ Clark Kent with the release of a special Air Force 1. Although the only thing revealed on the teaser shots is the “Black Friday” insoles and a rough idea about what the Air Force 1, Clark Kent describes the sneaker as “Something black, luxurious & fly, and fresh!” The Black Friday will hit Nike Sportswear at 21 in New York at 4am first on November 28th and then Concepts in Boston at 11am and finishing off at Shoe Gallery in Miami at 8pm. Clark Kent will be at each location to autograph the sneakers. For those not on the East Coast, the rest of the U.S will have the chance to purchase a pair of the Air Force 1 on December 20th.

News of Michael Lau working with Nike 1World broke yesterday with only a promo picture, here’s a look at the actual sneaker. The “Crazy” Air Force 1 features an all white quilted leather upper, a design displayed in the first image of the collaboration. In addition, the tongue, heel and back heel all feature writing with gold stitching being used for the heel. The last time Hong Kong artist Michael Lau and Nike teamed it, it resulted in a super limited edition Dunk Low SB, the two are back together to collaborate under the 1World Project. The Michael Lau’s “Crazy” Air Force 1 will be showcased among other things at the MICHAEL GALLERY in Hong Kong. In addition to Nike presenting the special Air Force 1 to Kevin Hunter, they also drew up this Air Force 1 for Mayor, another major sneaker collector. This will be Mayor’s 1000th Air Force 1 and is indicated by the 1000 lasered design seen all over the sneakers. Aside from this, other highlights include a gum sole and midsole and a white swoosh. On Saturday, Nike presented two Air Force 1 collectors 1 of 1 customized Air Force 1s to Kevin Hunter and Mayor. Kevin Hunter’s was modeled after the interior and exterior of Hunter’s Bentley. The sneakers consist of a red upper complimented by a gum sole and midsole. Yellow lining is also included along with the Bentley emblem at the heel. The box was designed to match the wood grain on the inside of the Bentley. The collaboration was spearheaded by Nike’s Innovation Kitchen, a name that fits perfectly. Via Nike Sportswear.

Nike’s 1World project has profiled some of the world’s most talented individuals through the Air Force 1. Rapper, Booba is only among 18 people taking part in this special collaboration collection. His model consist of premium red leather and a large graphic printed on the sneakers. Other details include “09″ on the tongue in reference to the year of his future album and the Senegal flag on the sole. The Booba x Nike 1World Air Force will be see a production of 176 pairs sold in France on December 6th, 2008 at Boubles & Co, Booba’s store. Digg is the world’s large social news website and has become quite popular with users looking to catch up on the latest from around the world. Matt Van Horn of Digg commissioned customizer Sole Brother to work on a custom shoe yielding this special make-up of the Nike Air Force 1. The sneaker takes advantage of the sites unique colors, blue, two shades of green and a manilla represented the Digg icon next to each article. However, the real twist to the sneakers is that they not only glow in the dark, but reveal the Digg logo in an all over pattern on the toe box and sides of the sneaker. Unfortunately, only five pairs exist and four were given to the Digg staff.
