Supra has become a great alternate to skateboarding brands and also offers some very appealing models like the Supra Vaider. The Vaider is a high top sneaker that resembles their other, more popular, signature model, the Muska Skytop. We now have a preview of the colorways of the Vaider which are set to release in Spring of 2009. Some colorways in the Spring collection offer vibrant colors such as the blue and purple pairs seen after the ‘jump.’ The Vaider will also be released in simple black and white color schemes as well. We have seen many All-Star game sneakers over the course of the past few days including the Nike Zoom Lebron VI (6) – All Star Game 2009 and the Nike Huarache ‘09 – All-Star Game – East. We are now seeing the western conference counterpart of the latter of the two aforementioned sneakers. This Nike Huarache ‘09 is made for the western conference NBA All-Stars and thus contains a colorway which goes well with their jerseys. Featuring a red upper with white accents, this pair yields a clean and simple colorway. With the word, “West”, on the ankle support and “09″ on the tongue, Nike makes the inspiration behind this pair quite obvious. Featuring patent and high-quality performance leathers, this pair yields a fairly simple black on black color scheme. Also including Articulated Propulsion Technology and an ecologically-friendly “Considered” design approach, this sneaker combines style with effectiveness. The Air Jordan 2009 has been making huge sneaker news since rumors of its conception dropped early last year. The time has almost come for the AJ 2009 to released and it has now started popping up at online retailers. There is an exclusive limited release of the Air Jordan 2009 scheduled for January 31, 2009 with a suggested retail price of $230 and a nationwide release on February 14, 2009 with a suggested retail price of $190. The latter of those two releases has appeared on an online retailer for $15 less than retail price. It is not looking too good for Jordan Brand with this release considering that a full-size run is still available in the sneaker even after it is being sold for under the suggested retail price. The Air Jordan 1 has been released multiple times throughout the last couple years and we are now seeing evidence that 2009 will also be filled with releases of the first numbered sneaker in the Air Jordan line. In 2009, Jordan Brand will be releasing colorways that take inspiration from original (OG) colorways of the AJ1 High including the White / Metallic Dark Red colorway and the White / Metallic Green colorway. In the past years, most retros have been released in a mid-top cut, but 2009 will bring back the high-top cut that we all love and want.
