Prospective designers receive the opportunity to freak the Boston, Massachusetts brand’s classic 576 and 1700 models. The contest deadline in Wednesday, June 10. Aside from their on-going collaborations with mita sneakers and realmadHECTIC, New Balance will be teaming up once again with Japanese brand nonnative to release the 1700. The two keep the 1700 simple where a soft suede upper and contrasting accents make up the classic model. The 1700 is available in either navy/brown or tan/grey, subtle combinations of dark and light colors. The set of 1700s are scheduled to hit select retailers including Tokishirazu sometime next month.
