A couple months ago, images leaked of Calvin Johnson’s upcoming signature sneaker with Nike, seen on Megatron’s own feet. The Nike CJ81 Trainer, an off-the-field version of his Nike CJ81 Elite TD cleat, was seen in a “Reverse Sprite” loud volt colorway, with a look very similar to another Nike signee’s signature sneaker from a year ago, the Nike KD IV (maybe that explains the “35” on the tongue?).
Well, if you were feeling those pics we showed you back in April, you’re going to love this; the Nike CJ81 Trainer “Volt” is set for a July 6th release at select Nike retailers.
