Playing along with the Looney Tunes theme, this pair of Air Jordan 5s is suppose to represent the movie Space Jam, the highlight of Bugs Bunny and Michael Jordan’s bond. When we first showcased the shoes, a lot of people thought Jordan Brand was trying to mash up the 4s and 5s, and the cement print on the tongue would suggest it. Either way, this is all up for debate but we do have a release date for them.
We are trying to find the connection between this Air Jordan 5 and the movie Space Jam. Inspiration could have come from the actual cover/poster art or even Moron Mountain, the home of the Monstars.
The Space Jam Air Jordan 5 is releasing on June 6th 2015 and since they are Remastered, they will cost $190.
