Although we’ve seen a select number of pairs of the Air Jordan Spizike pop up in select retailers in 2009, most notably the winterized boot versions, 2010 seems like it’ll be a bigger year for the Spizike silhouette. With previews of a “grape” colorway and of a patent leather pair, team Jordan Brand does not seem to be finished there. Originally just a sample, there are now pictures of what the final “Black Cement” Spizike product looks like. The spizike pictured here provides an alternative to the white cement Spizike that released a few years ago by coming in a predominantly black upper, while cement print can be found on the midsole, wings, heel, and lining of the toe box. Finally, there is a pattern lining the inside of the shoes with a bunch of words, including one that describes a move his airness seemed particularly fond of doing on the court: “dunk.” Where does this pair stand with respect to the slew of other Air Jordan Spizikes previewed as part of team Jordan Brand’s plans for 2010?

With all the Nike Air Magma NDs releasing this holiday season, Nike took us by surprise with the slimmed down version of the vintage hiking boot. The Nike Air Magma AC QS takes the classic colorway of the Nike Air Magma from back in the day and gives it a slimmed look with a vulcanized sole. The upper consists of brown vintage leather with the classic red laces while the black midsole keeps with the original colorway. These quickstrikes will release this Saturday, November 21st, at a price of $153 approximately. Another great release for any OG Nike collector.

We first previewed the Pochoir x Adidas Superstar 80 in the first look at Adidas’s Five Two-3 City Artist Collection. Now, the Pochoir x Adidas Superstar 80 makes a retail release. The Superstar 80 was designed by London’s very own street artist, Pochoir. The upper consists of grey 3m  and leather, contrasted by blue accents at the heel, tongue, lacetips, and lace plate. Pochoir makes his name known at the heel logo, while making it stylish. These Superstars are available now for $125 at retailers such as Wish ATL.

After a stunning Nike Air Troupe Metallic Pack, Nike is at it again with the women’s dance lifestyle shoe. The Nike Air Troupe Mid comes in two new colorways, made especially for the Atmos Girls line. Although both colorways involve black as the base color, the first pair uses pink as the contrasting color, while the latter uses purple. The black/pink pair sports a black patent upper with a subtle allover star design. Lime green offsets the black and pink, especially with the cheetah print inner lining. The black/purple pair uses a black leather upper, offset by a pink/blue/purple camo design on the laces and inner lining. These babies will be available for pre-order at $123 each starting November 24th, and will ship out in mid-December.

Gucci has definitely influenced many major shoe companies, especially with Nike’s latest Dunk releases. But, the Gucci love still keeps going, as luxury shoe company Creative Recreation has taken a stab at the classic black/red/green design. The Creative Recreation Dicoco comes in the classic Gucci colorway for the low and high top versions. Both versions use black leather at the toe, black mesh at the side, and colored nubuck for the red and green tones. White midsoles and classic gumsoles keep it simple for these luxury items. Both are available now at CR retailers such as Wish ATL; $95 for the low and $105 for the high.

UGK rapper Bun B stopped by 21 Mercer the other day to show his love for Spacejams by creating his own Spacejam-inspired Nike Air Force 1 Bespoke. The Nike AF1 Bespoke comes in the classic Spacejam Air Jordan XI colorway, using black patent and mesh on the upper, which sits atop a white midsole and icey clear outsole. Blue accents are added at the lace eyeholes and outsole to really keep the inspiration as accurate as possible. These will definitely hold B off until the Spacejams release in December, but of course he’ll probably get them sometime sooner, if he hasn’t already.

The Nike Air Trainer 1 has been dedicated to many athletes, ranging from stars on the gridiron to the tennis court. This time around, Nike has commemorated the Trainer to an up-and-coming baseball pitcher by the name of Yu Darvish. Yu plays professionally in Japan with the Nippon Ham Fighters. The young pitcher is a mighty prospect for the MLB, so remember the name, and the player exclusive that he got. The Nike Air Trainer 1 Mid PE uses a white leather base, with a silver flywire panel and blue accents throughout the shoe. We’ll definitely being seeing more of Yu, as well as the shoe in due time.
