The Nike Air Epic was originally released in 1985. The classic Nike shoe was created for their running line and one of its earliest color-ways was a simple Grey and White. Over the years, the Air Epic has adapted to the current styles, by taking on the bright and loud color-ways as well as some of Nike’s signature prints such as the Safari print seen on many of the Air Max models.

However, the Nike Air Epic is still true to itself and there have been many simple releases and even the retro’ing of the original Grey and White color-way in 2006. Still going strong after all these years, the Air Epic is still revered to be one of the premier and classic shoes to ever be produced by Nike.
