Nike Zoom Kobe V (5) Preview

It was a couple months back when we saw a first look at the Nike Zoom Kobe V as a sample. This time, we’ve discovered a preview of the Nike Zoom Kobe V in its final form. The Nike Zoom Kobe V (5) comes in five different colorways, but still carries on the lowtop form that Kobe loves on the Nike Zoom Kobe IV. The model still carries the Black Mamba’s signature at the heel, with his Nike logo at the tongue. The toe features a faux snakeskin design and a diamond pattern at the heel to give the shoe some style. The Zoom sole should make this, along with the hidden Flywire, a great choice for the court. Stay tuned for a strong wave of releases for Kobe’s latest sig shoe.

  3. Kobe 4 does look better, but these should also sell LIKE KRAZY…Can't help but notice the 2K4 resemblance in the front and we all know Kobe loved the 2K4's.

  4. kobe v is low hyperdunk, toe box looks like hurache 2k4, bottom looks like hyperdunk…lower than the kobeiv..not bad but ill take the kobeiv better!!

  5. Dumpy performance. kobe 4 looked smoother. Just think of this: the jordan V was a monumental shoe back in 1990 or whenever. Kobe is the modern jordan with the same company. We should be blown away with a 3M material, pacifier lace lock, exposed heel bag etc. This ZKV doesn't blow me away. it just looks like a buncha dump thrown together. The fake croc or whatever material doesnt work in bball. the shoelaces look cheap and the whole tongue/shoelaces area look outta place. Im a diehard nike rep but this is sad. Sorry:(

    the jordan V was the revolutionary shoe way back when it was released.

    This is now.

    It's all about performance. Flywire technology, zoom air. All that is included in this shoe for arguably the best player in the game today. Don't be mad cause you're not blown away by the looks, you should be blown away by the technology used int he shoe.

  15. these r pretty sick. most ya'll r gonna say these gay but when they release i garuntee you guys r gonna be all over them. i remember when the kobe 4 came everybody was saying how shitty they were cuz they were low tops and too "plain". but now the 4's are one of the most popular b-ball shoes of all time with more colorways then the hairs on your dick! it'll take time but we'll grow on em. i bet these r 10 times more comfy than the 4's too which is hard to believe…

  17. When Jordans drop they sometimes follow with lowtop counterparts, so since these come out first as a lowtop, they should later on make a hi-top model of this sneaker, so it's like reversing the process

  22. I have played ball in about 70 diff pairs of kicks. I never ever played in a pair of lowtops until i picked up a pair of the kobe 4s, i gave em a chance due to how light they were, now i have 2 pairs. the best bball kicks i have every played in! if the 5s are the same or better i will buy 2 pairs of them too!
