It seems as if the branches of Nike are all borrowing ideas from each other. For example, Nike SB has made a hybrid of sorts following in the footsteps of Jordan Brand and their .5 models such as the Air Jordan 16.5. The result is the Nike SB Zoom Paul Rodriguez 2.5, which is obviously a mix between the Nike SB Zoom P-Rod II and III. This particular 2.5 features a deep burgundy/university blue colorway, using a deep burgundy suede upper with deep burgundy leather on the swoosh and ankle panel. University blue is placed on the stitching and inner lining to accent the dark color. A nice clean white midsole gives the shoe a complete skate feel. Give us your thoughts on this 2.5 before it comes out Summer 2010.

  1. hey. whoever wrote this is way off. first of all its not a mix of the 2 and 3 at all. in fact, its pretty much an Air Harbor of sorts. the only difference is the high lace holes on either side in what looks to be a Dunk Hi-like flap. unless the p-rod logo is on the side around the bottom of the swoosh, which we are unable to tell by these photos, there is really no resemblance at all to either the II or the III. now, as far as being a sick Air Harbor, could be the nicest ones to come through the Nike SB line. The new Harbors that came out this month, the navy blue with the red, those are sweet also.

  2. hey, whoever wrote this is way off. These are not a mixture of the II and III, but rather basically an air harbor with dunk lace flaps on either side. sick color tho, probably in the top three nicest harbors to come through the Nike SB line.

  3. well…seegs…the only thing that makes it resemble a harbor is the autoclave type sole…the upper is dominantly the PRODII, but the three is not so much there…nike SB should have thought of a better name tho….

  4. Are you cats for real it's the P-Rod 2.5 because it's the P-rod 2 with a vulcanized sole. Who is responsible for staffing a sneaker files if you do just a taste more research there's a video of Paul him self talking about the shoe and it features.
