Cork again lands on another shoe, this time the Nike Flight Squad Cork is the latest to receive the celebratory treatment. It would seem that this is no longer intended to celebrate anything, but rather in a way justify more and more releases using the unique material.
Falling in line with other Nike retro cork releases, the Flight Squad uses the material blasted through the uppers. Furthermore the brand has added black on the swoosh, eyelets, laces, liner and tongue. In addition, white wraps the midsole while voltage green is used on the outsole.

As of now there isn’t a release date scheduled for the Cork Nike Flight Squad. If we had to guess, they would show up in the next couple of weeks or so. More than likely the brand won’t give advance notice on the release but will just start showing up at online retailers. If we do get a launch day in time, we will let you know.
