This year, the silhouette is back in a revamped Nike Air Royal mid Lite VT version as part of the brand’s Spring/Summer 2011 collection. The Nike Air Royal mid Lite VT pictured here in black, light grey, and light brown premium leather uppers contains a highly perforated design that actually makes this a viable and interesting sneaker option as the warmer days approach.
