Paying homage to Penny’s high school years at Treadwell in Memphis in which he was named Parade Magazine’s National High School Player of the Year after averaging 36.6 points, 10.1 rebounds, 6.2 assists, 3.9 steals and 2.8 blocks per game as a senior, the kicks see a predominately red Hyperfuse upper with black and white accents throughout.
