Chi-Town will have their own Air Max 90 releasing soon and now we take a first look at the upcoming release. The Nike Air Max 90 ‘Chicago’ takes inspiration from the city with elements across the shoes.
First up we have grey through the uppers which is taken from the Greystone architecture that can be seen through the city. The green ivy graphic is a nod to the cities legendary baseball parks while the insole sports ‘Mild Sauce’, a reference to the popular condiment. The last detail is the area code 312 located on the inside of the tongue and a translucent sole that showcases different locations throughout Chicago.
The ‘Chicago’ Nike Air Max 90 currently doesn’t have a set release date, but the SNKRS app is showcasing the shoes allowing you to be notified once they become available.
