In return for being possibly the most famous athlete to rock the Air Force One, Nike has constructed this player edition shoe for Rasheed Wallace. The colorway is specific to the last team that Wallace had played for before he retired; the Knicks. Rasheed had a long and storied career. He won a title in 2004 and made it back to finals again with the Pistons the year after, just to barely fall short in 2005. ‘Sheed also holds the record for most technical fouls ever (over 300) and the most in a single season (41). Now Rasheed is assistant coaching in the Detroit Pistons organization which seems like a good fit for him. It is rumored that only one pair was made in each colorway which would make these some pretty exclusive player edition sneakers. This shoe features snakeskin designed leather and an oversized “Sheed” logo. His nickname, “Roscoe” also appears on the underside of the strap.
