Nike Air Foamposite One USA - Teaser

Following up what has been a huge week for Foamposites is another possible drop for 2012.

Dubbed the “USA”, this Foamposite One features a combination of gold, silver, and bronze on the upper and changes looks depending on the angle and lighting.  Additionally, while this is currently the only image floating around, the Penny logo on the heel tab has been replaced with “USA”, possibly for the 2012 Summer Olympic Games in London.

Joining the “Galaxy All-Star”, “Metallic Red”, “Golden State”, and others, the “USA” Foamposite One looks to add to an already impressive slate for 2012.

  2. For any Foam or cleared soled shoe the Official Sole Saver is a must. It really works. I’ve worn my Eggpants to the ground snce March 2009 and my soles look better than people who have worn their shoes once, becuase mine still look brand new. Check it out, don’t just take my word for it.

  4. If you look closely at the sole of the shoe you will notice something perhaps a bit surprising. These are NOT Foamposite Ones…they are Pros! When you really think about it, this makes more sense. After all, if you were going to make a USA Jordan, would you remove the Jumpman? No, of course not. Same applies here. If you’re going to do a USA Foamposite, use the Pro and swap out the back swoosh instead of scrapping the classic Penny logo.

    IMHO, these go way harder than the Golden State or Metallic Red Foam Ones. I just hope they don’t try to slap a premium price on these joints. My guess is they’ll be $225 just like the expected price on Foam Ones in 2012. Foam Pros usually go for a few bucks less than the Ones, but I imagine they’ll use the USA/Olympic thing as a way to justify a Foam One price tag. I’ll get them for $225, but I’m not spending any more than that. If these joints drop with an even bigger price tag, I’m going with the Golden States.
