Nike 1/2 Cent Black Silver Hits Retail Early

The Nike 1/2 Cent Black/Silver is available now at select Nike retailers around the nation, earlier than expected. The shoe’s black upper is complimented by silver emblems, a jewel Swoosh, and translucent add-ons to the outsole. My favorite piece from the shoe, however, is the Li’l Penny hologram underneath the Air Sole unit in the heel. The Nike 1/2 Cent Black/Silver is available now at select Swoosh accounts nationwide for $240.

  10. Only a Hypebeast would pay $190 4 these. This is a garbage colorway for the design for these kicks, These have TOOO much features for a solid colorway. They're worth $150 @ Most.

  15. To me, it's always been about value for money. I don't mind shelling out 240-280 for VI's or 240-290 for XI's, but 240 for these? There's no way I'm wasting my money like that. I mean for the same price you could get a great pair of VI's or XI's which will always be better than these pennies.

  25. I still think $190 is a huge waste of money for these shoes. And for people saying "step your game up", is just full of it. Trying to keep up with other people's material possessions are for people with low self confidence and low self esteem. And I know your going to respond by saying you don't have low self esteem and trying to convince us you don't, but then you would just be proving my point.

    Anyways, back to the shoes. For $190 I could name 3 different pairs of shoes I would much rather get first. 1 – Jordan V. You can get any colorway including one of the Toro Bravo's for only 150 each. 2 – Hyperdunk. Still crowned as the best overall basketball shoe with a plethora of colorways to choose from. 3 – If you are crafty and do a little negotiating, I know you can get a pair of the Jordan VI's for the same price. It may not be brand new, but you can get gently used that are pretty much DS.

    The moral of the story gentlemen is that just because you can, doesn't mean you should. Just because these are out, doesn't mean you should cop them. I just think they will be easily forgotten in a few months and people don't care how expensive your shoe was or how rare it was. And for people trying to "step your game up", you will never be satisfied constantly consuming and purchasing every shoe that comes along. Just have a few pairs and enjoy!

    And LeBronBron…please stop trying to tell people how to spend their money. If collectors want to buy shoes for 190, or 240, or 1000, if they got the money, let em do it. Ever stop to think that some people just do it because that's what they like to do. And if the shoe is rare enough, believe me, no one will forget about it in 2 months, if they do, just break it out 2 months later, and see how many necks you break, lol.
