The 25th anniversary of New Balance’s MLR 996 is here and it is definitely one to celebrate. Beauty and Youth, along with 3 other Japanese companies, have added their two cents in on this anniversary MLR 996 to create a unique sneaker. Although the shoe itself is created with a fashion sense, the custom insole seems to be where the most creativity is found. These puppies drop tomorrow morning at Titolo in the store only. Shortly after that they are expected to be for sale on the internet at Titolo and other New Balance retailers. Titolo’s price is $198 but I’m sure if you are patient you can cop a pair for retail.
