When the Nike Air Foamposite One “Shooting Stars” PE surfaced last year, the sneaker and internet world went crazy. First debuted by Penny Hardaway himself during the 2012 NBA All-Star Weekend Celebrity All-Star Game, the infamous PE surfaces once again.

Ironically, the supposed 1-of-1 PE was spotted afoot a Memphis Tigers player during Memphis’ annual Midnight Madness event last Friday. For those who may have forgotten, this Nike Air Foamposite One pays homage to Hardaway’s days as n Magic and includes star detailing alongside “Ballin Is What I Was Born To Do” insole graphics. Since its inception, dozens have yearned for a release date. Will they ever release?
