If you keep up with the on-the-court action shots we periodically bring you then chances are you’ve spotted the Los Angeles Clippers’ Baron Davis sporting his BD Doom 1. If you’re an avid follower you also saw us inform you of the “Bearded Baron” Portland Giveaway. Well, that giveaway occurred this past Mondy on President’s Day- from the new and first Li-Ning shop in the U.S. Located in the same region as the Nike headquarters- Portland, Oregon- the Li-Ning store opening saw a great turnout, with B. Diddy himself making an appearance and taking time out to meet and greet some of his fans. Moreover, both basketball apparel and the NBA guard’s BD Doom 1 were all also on sale for $100- for those of you interested. Don’t fret if you can’t make it out to Portland because the company has launched its own American website from where you can also make purchases. “The eagle has landed,” now let’s see what kind of competition Li-Ning offers the top American sneaker companies.

  1. I know he skipped town, and I booed the F outta him when he came back to Oracle, but that dunking over AK47 shirt is dope. One of the best moments in my life as a W's fan.

  2. I feel like Burg speaking about Lil Wayne- I just cant see past Jordans. Even tho BD might have hot gear, i dont buy nothing without a jumpman logo on it. Rarely buy Nike, and its the same company!!

  4. HAHA thats gotta suck to be AK-47, posterized on T shirt. Then again it sucks not to be him making millions…

I like BD, but he aint even an allstar. How long can this clothing line survive????

  5. yall are sum haters for real…you guys hate change and cant adjust to something different other than nike or JB, unless someone else famous you admire or like sets the trend first…like kanye…no one ever rocked the gentrified, tight jean fitting, v neck, hipster look until kanye did. I bet u guys if u saw fucking Pharrell Williams or wack ass Lil Wayne wearing the Li-Nings yall be HOLY SHIT THESE KICKS ARE FIRE AHHHH…be original dudes…the shoes are unique and im a fan EVEN if it doesnt have a swoosh or Jump man slapped on it.

  6. @ steven, gigger. the people who follow the latest fads are the ones who are not bein orginal. Im not in skinny jeans and Vans with a backpack on my back with nothing in it. I am original because I have a style that works for me: Loose fit Levi's, and J's. Now if your style consist of following kanye with skin tight jeans, v-necks, and BD kicks, be my guess
