Yesterday, the Nike Sportswear store in New York City hosted a release party for the World Basketball Festival/Country Pack that consisted of a number of Nike Air Force 1 lows designed to represent several different countries participating in the international basketball tournament. Tonight, however, Jay-Z will be hitting the stage in New York City’s Radio City Music Hall for a performance also in anticipation of the basketball championships kicking off. In anticipation of this event, Jay-Z teamed up with Nike to create “all black everything” Nike Air Force 1s that represent different countries taking part in the competition. While one pair of each country’s respective Nike Air Force 1 low was presented to Jay-Z himself, another full set is being auctioned off for charity starting today. Good luck to those interested in snabbing a pair of these historical Nike Air Force 1s.
