  1. A couple years back both me and a friend got ripped off by NiceKicks.com and Kicksonfire.com. We thought they were reputable, but they sold us fakes. The worst part is they stole my friends money and never returned any calls or emails. Shady business people, which is why I won't go to either of those sites anymore.

  2. @Henry, sorry but ur a moron…everyone knows those two sites are fake. For one they look fake, have shoes that were never even made and have prices obviously too low for the respective shoes. Its people like you that allow the sites to even exist

  3. @me haha your damn right man retards and cheap ass punks who keep the counterfeit industry running… sad shit

  4. I have bought shoes from a seller that I didn't know about. I got a pair of Air Jordan XI Columbias. I have had that particular shoe before and when I received the ones I ordered they looked EXACTLY like the original pair I had. The only give away was that the botton had a blue traction pattern vs the black. I still have them and I still wear them. I don't know who produced them but they outdid themselves. I don't promote fakes and I would say buy the real if you can but definitely no hate on anyone who does buy them. Do you. Ultimately, they are just shoes. And as the article stated it really doesn't hurt the manufacturers pockets.

  5. i mean people wear what they wear some people cant afford the real thing and who cares it just sneakers we have much more serious problems in the world to worry about i bet half you guys would spend money on sneakers rather than grocies

  6. I'm a sneaker collector myself and I would never buy a fake pair just because I take pride in what I wear. But we all have to realize is that someone has to eat.A person selling fake shoes might be the only way he/she can make money to provide for their family. So we can't knock on the game.As for the consumer buying a fake pair, skies the limit for them. Not everyone is fortunate to buy the real pair.So if it makes them happy, let them rock the bootlegs. It just so happens that I'm Filipino American and I was blessed to buy the real stuff here in the U.S.. But I know what struggle is just because I've seen it in back in the Philippines. We have kids over there that run around with no shoes at all.So us Americans can't always be spoiled.Be happy with what you have even if it's sneakers coming from PayLess.

  7. I don’t wear fakes period. For those that do more power to them.I would rather pay my bills and after what’s left put aside a couple dollars to save up for a pair of real kicks than go the cheap route and by fakes.I’m a sneaker head/collector so wearing fakes for me is a no no.I’m not knocking the next man if that’s what you like who are we to fucking judge the next man.If your not buying that persons shoes you don’t have the right to say shit.

  8. excuse me Henry, but those sites are blogsites, they do not sell or buy kicks at all. Do you mean you went through a link that was posted on the forum by a fake company? If so, then you're an idiot because those links boldly state that it's 70% OFF! sales!!! Which does not happen or exist in the world of sneakers. stop blaming the sites because they never sold you anything.

  9. Why's everybody shitting on Henry? I mean come on people, we all make mistakes in life whether if its getting locked up or buying fakes (I know the 2 subjects are not on the same level) but shit happens in life. That's why things like this happen for a reason so we can learn from our mistakes and live better lives.

  10. The only way you'll get J's for tha low is if tha Homie works at foot locker…thats how i do it…"I SAY NO TO FAKE JORDANS!!!"

  11. I dont ever buy from ANY store online thats not Footlocker, Nike, Finishline or an actual reputable dealer. (I'm not giing them up)

    .

But dumb kids who actually think they can buy a shoe online for less than retail AND thats sold out in stores deserved to be HAD.

ANY ONLINE STORE than claims to have a FULL SIZE RUN is usually lying. Especially the ones that have every size from 7-12. Most fakers can't make a 13 because the mold changes significant from 13-15 and 16 and up are special orders and resold at Nike, Reebok and Adidas oulet stores nationwide.

    .

BUT the NYPD nad FBI just shipped thousands of fake sneakers to Haiti – so they did have a purpose afterall

  12. i mean 4 real where do yall think these "FAKE" factories get the mold for the shoes from NIKE they just keep producing them after there order contract is up they paying these people less than $5 a day to make these kicks an buyin them for less than $5 a pair from factorys F*Ck these sneaker companys they dont pay nobody but athletes for buying the "REAL" version of they kicks not even a thank u letter for u "SNEAKERHEADS" at least da dude sellin fakes mite give u a hook up for comin back its 2010 its less jobs and a bad economy u rather them robbing or selling some leather an strings to eat? Nike tryna sue my homie over 11 pairs of kicks for 5 digits come on now why even bother they a billion dolllar greedy corp real or fake kicks as long as they dont look horrible WHO CARES!!

  13. Here is my personal list of RELIABLE sites to go to when purchasing REAL kicks: Flightclubla.com, pickyourshoes.com, kixclusive.com, jumpmansneakers.com, and marqueesole.com. I garuntee you these will be real because i have bought sneakers from each of these sites.

  14. And i forgot to say, when on a sneaker website, if theres J's goin for under a $100 then their automatically fake. Theres no authentic retros or originals selling for that cheap so if you run across any dont buy from that website, trust me it really is "too good to be true"!!!

  15. The bootleg issue when it comes to shoes doesn't really have a innocent party outside of the consumer if you think about it. Of course, taking credit for someone else's work or idea is an unquestionable bitch move but let's look at Nike/Jordan. Nike/JB pretty much singlehandedly brought the issues of unfair wages, markups, outsourcing, sweatshops, child labor, and unsafe foreign US factory conditions to the public's attention since the 80s. In fact, Nike/JB have been put on blast for these issues for years and as recently as the 2008 Summer Olympics.
