Fat Joe Terror Squad Shoes - The Recession

Here is an early sketch of shoes designed by Fat Joe and the Terror Squad called ‘The Recession.’ These will be an exclusive release to Sears and K-Mart stores.   6. disappointment…. to be a true sneakerhead like Joe Crack, hard to believe this are being sold at Kmart and Sears. All about making them affordable, but damn! And why not endorsing the Swoosh??? Truth be told, u think the S.Dots would have been sold at Kmart they would have been the 1st pair of kicks to sell out on their release by a non playing sports figure?? Umm, no. Joe Crack need to go back to the conference room on this one. Maybe its just me, but I work too hard (sometimes) to cop kicks from Kmart. yeah i no i am shallow, i never learn to swim.

  12. Why is that whenever a rapper can't sell records or it's been so long since they last was popular, they name their CD part 2 of something they just released. J.O.S.E. 2? I don't think people are still jelous and envy of Fat Joe.

  20. Maybe Joe is looking past the super niche and expensive boutique market and looking to people who really can’t spend too much on a pair of sneakers with the economy being the way it is hence the name “The Reccession”.

  22. I WEAR FOAMPOSITES/FLIGHTPOSITES, AIRMAXES,JORDANS,ETC, AND I HAVE TO ADMIT, THESE ARE PRETTY HOT, I WILL BE COPPING TO ADD TO MY COLLECTION. MAYBE YOU GUYS HAVE FORGOTTEN THAT FAT JOE IS FROM THE STREETS, AND HIS FIRST ALBUMS HE RAPPED ABOUT IT, HE KNOWS THE STRUGGLE OF EVERYDAY LIFE IN THE HOOD, HE'S NEVER FORGOTTEN WHERE HE'S CAME FROM, EVEN THOUGH PEOPLE HE'S LOOKED OUT FOR HAVE FORGOTTEN ABOUT HIM. MAYBE HE'S TAKING A DIFFERENT APPROACH ABOUT GIVING BACK, UNLIKE THESE OTHER RAPPERS THAT KNOW TIMES ARE TOUGH FOR REGULAR PEOPLE, AND ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS THEMSELVES.

    I grew up on welfare, i remember my grandmother taking me to get $5 kicks (JOX, with the zipper on the side), that i would make last for 3 months, cuz she was too cheap to buy me any decent shoes. like i said, i am all for making a shoe AFFORDABLE for the masses, but do u really expect these to actually sell?? Same with Stephen Marbury, them kicks arent resepcted by sneakerheads, b cuz of where they are sold, plain and simple. Shyt, I read an article about the "STARBURY", and kids in elementary school, said they do not like them or would not where them b cuz of where they at. I have seen plenty of nice kicks without the extreme price tag, that i would purchase. but its all about where i would buy them from. if and when these shoes hit the self, thats about all they will do. FAT JOE if u reading this, u reppin the "BX", wanna sell an affordable shoe, sit down with BRITISH KNIGHTS, or PRO KEDS(sorry those owned by DAME DASH) and design some HOT SHYT! And sell them shyts at a real store!!!! with a nice price.

ON EVERY ALBUM HE'S GIVEN US AT LEAST TWO TRACKS THAT WERE CLUB/PARTY WORTHY{WHAT'S LOVE?,I WONT TELL,MAKE IT RAIN,LEAN BACK,ETC.} QUOTED ONE OF THE MOST MEMORABLE VERSUS IN RAP'S HISTORY ON THE LEAN BACK REMIX "EVEN ROY JONES WAS FORCED TO LEAN BACK". HE WAS THE MAN RESPONSIBLE FOR BRINGING US ONE OF THE "GREATEST RAPPERS OF ALL TIME, CHRISTOPHER RIOS AKA "BIG PUN". SO FOR SOMEONE TO NOT INCLUDE FAT JOE'S NAME WHEN SPEAKING OF RAP'S UPRISING, IT'S JUST JELOUSY,ENVY,AND PLAIN OLD RACISM. THERE I SAID IT.
