DunkXChange San Francisco 2013 Wrap

The side show room at the Cow Palace in San Francisco was jam packed on Sunday for the San Francisco DunkXChange. While the venue was not very large and quite crowded, vendors had no problem displaying the heat that was on hand Sunday afternoon. This sneaker convention was full of rare and hot sneakers from front to back. If you were looking to score a rare pair for your collection, or just scoping out some new clothing, this was the place to be.

Aside from all of the sneaker booths, there were also a number of up and coming clothing brand booths. Dream Team, 8 & 9 Clothing Co., and ArtisticiCreation were just a few of the Companies there that were launching new pieces of clothing and designs in San Francisco. Of course there were recent-releases everywhere, including the Air Jordan Retro 11 lows, and the Nike Camo Foamposites. The Lebron X Denims were also on scene at a few booths. What was more impressive than the sneakers for sale on Sunday was the sneakers on the feet of the event attendees. Also in attendance at the DunkXChange were several pairs of Yeezy 1’s and 2’s, plus numerous pairs of crispy retro Jordans. From the previously named kicks to Lebron 9 Big Bangs and Nike Galaxy Rookies, this exchange was quite a spectacle.

Pac Div, a rapping trio from Southern California, also preformed. Due to the size, acoustics, and amount of people that were interested in shoes and not music, it was not a very pleasant sounding or feeling concert.

It’s always nice to see heat that isn’t seen every day, so get out there and attend the next DunkXChange in your local city! This has been a Sneakerfiles wrap up of the San Francisco DunkXChange. Stay posted for more sneaker news.
