Wale was more than pleased to accept his BET Award this past Sunday for Best Collaboration with Miguel for “Lotus Flower Bomb.”
Amidst a brief pose for the camera, on-lookers caught a glimpse of Wale in the unreleased Nike Air Penny V (5) “Phoenix”. Aside from the “Orlando” and “New Green” colorways (as seen on Wale) that have recently been previewed, this colorway dons a mixed grey and black upper with hits of orange and gradient purple. This Phoenix Sun-like colorway also features an orange 180 bottom Air Unit and an icy sole.
