When basketball season is over and Carmelo Anthony isn’t lighting up the scoreboards for the Knicks at Madison Square Garden, you can find him out in Puerto Rico playing golf. While Melo himself is half Puerto Rican, he has made it his mission to head back to his fathers homeland each of the last four summers. After dedicating a a new basketball court to the local children, Melo took to the fairways for a little relaxation. But instead of rocking your usual golf spikes, Melo decided to play the course in the “Concord” Air Jordan XI. Although you can’t tell if his may indeed have a cleated bottom, the “Concords” infamous silhouette definitely commands the same attention on the golf course that it does on the hardwood.
