Vans Vault is bursting with more hits as the shoe company teamed up with Taka Hayashi once again to make the Taka Hayashi x Vans Vault Velocita LX. The shoe features a black leather upper with subtle brown leather contrasts. The white midsole adds a classic touch to the shoe, along with the black laces. To go along with the Vans Vault Chukka Mok, Vans Vault set for release the Vans Vault Slip-On Mok. The Slip-On Mok follows the same idea of the aforementioned shoe. The shoes have black and brown suede uppers, with a mocassin-style toe stitching. White midsoles once again to make this Mok another probable favorite. Watch out for these Fall 2009.

After seeing the Vans Chukka being made into a peacoat version, Vans Vault has given it another new look. The Vans Vault Chukka Mok features a mocassin toe, making this a hybrid of sorts. The Chukka Mok comes in two colorways: black and brown. Both uses full suede uppers and white midsoles to keep things simple and clean. Adding such a toe would definitely appeal to a larger crowd given the sudden popularity of mocassins lately. These are set to release this Fall.

A large part of the success experienced by the Vans brand stems from the number of different models this comfortable shoe line has brought into creation. This August, Vans is welcoming the beginning of summer’s end with two colorways on two refreshed pair of favorites: the Sk8 Hi and the Authentic Lo Pro.

The first colorway is officially made up of “parachute purple” with white accents and the second of “chilli pepper” with white accents. Of particular interest with this release is what resembles crocodile/snake skin on both shoe models. As often is the case, these colorways and models are going to be “hate it or love it” for many. Vans brings its Aion model back in a big way this fall, with two new pinstripe colorways for the cooler autumn climate. In both Black and Navy/Purple, the mid-top sneaker is done justice with dark soles, leather ankle piping, and a suede toe box.
