The Nike Auto Flight High has seen a lot of interesting colorways this year, comprised of simple, yet effective, color blocked layouts. The sneaker gets a subtle stroke of pattern in this latest colorway, featuring an Air Jordan VIII style ‘Aquatone’ midsole detail. Complimented by Aqua lining and laces, a perforated mid-panel, and patent leather on the tongue, the model is certainly an interesting mix of features. As unhealthy as it might be, soda is something most people try during their lifetimes and come to enjoy to some extent. Therefore, it should come as no surprise, especially to sneakerheads, that certain shoe brands draw inspiration from the soft drink. Last Christmas we caught a glimpse of a Nike Lebron Soldier II inspired by the famous Sprite can colors. Now, Puma has chosen its Basket II silhouette as a means of running with the soda idea. Pictured here are four pairs of the Puma Basket II, one each representing the colors on cans of soda of Coca-Cola, Diet Coke, Fanta, and A&W Root Beer. These have become available now through select retailers. Check out more pix after the jump.

On Monday we reviewed Reebok’s celebration of its iconic Pump’s 20th anniversary. We already know that the brand plans to celebrate by collaborating with a bunch of other retailers to result in a slew of Reebok Pumps. But thanks to DJ Clark Kent’s connections, we now have an early look at what seems to be a “Friends and Family” edition of the famous shoe. This Pump comes in a OG colorway that includes black, grey, red, and white. Besides coming in a classic colorup, these sneakers are particularly special because of the limited quantities in which they will be made. In fact, Reebok helps you keep track of which pair it is that’s being rocked by printing on the back of the tongue the particular numbered pair you’re looking at. DJ Clark Kent’s pair is apparently one of the very first made, as it says behind his pair’s tongues, “YOU HAVE RECEIVED 00.” We wish you ALL the luck in the world trying to get your hands on a pair of these.

Nike Air Max 1 - White / Neutral Grey - Vibrant Yellow

It isn’t exactly a design by Patta, but the latest Nike Air Max 1 to release still has some flavor. The Nike Air Max 1 comes in a white/neutral grey-vibrant yellow colorway, taking on a light tone throughout the shoe. The upper consists of neutral grey suede panels and white mesh to match the midsole and outsole. Vibrant yellow suede offsets the white mesh and grey swoosh nicely to give the shoe some unexpected flare. The grey mesh inner lining blends nicely with the grey tongue, keeping this strictly a tri-tonal shoe. Be on the lookout for this AM1 to release this season.
