After seeing a few years in the shade, Jordan Brand is bringing back their Air Jordan Flight 23 in three new monochromatic colorways for the Spring of 2010. Often overshadowed by the popular Flight 45, JB puts the AJ4-inspired silhouette to good use with a simple, design complimenting color pallet. In tonal grey, white leather, and black nubuck all three colorways are accented with just the right amount of detail work, a perforated upper, patent heel panel, and speckled midsole, respectively. To commemorate the DVD release of the latest Star Trek movie, Airwalk and STPL have been recruited to create yet another collection of Airwalk Terrain sneakers for the event. Each model features the delta shield logo on its tongue and heel tab, and comes in a colorway to match one of the Star Trek uniforms, namely, ‘Engineering Red’, ‘Command Gold’, or ‘Science Blue’. You can expect the collection to hit Payless tomorrow for under $50.

The Nike Air Max LeBron VII is making a full-out release in an attempt to fulfill every colorway imaginable, perhaps to ensure that the LeBron 7’s are the only basketball shoes on everybody’s feet on and off the court. The Nike Air Max LeBron VII (7) comes in a black/white/gold colorway. The use of gold accents on this particular shoe gives it a superior feeling, especially when given a clean colorway such as this one. White leather nicely offsets the black upper to match the sole. The white swoosh is outlined in gold to match the accents around the ankle. If you’re feeling these Brons, then be sure to stay tuned for release info on these.

It wasn’t too long ago that we caught a glimpse of one of the more recent collaborative efforts Converse has been working on with United Bamboo in an effort to further spread the 1HUND(RED) campaign. We’re now here to inform everyone that Terence Koh had been made a part of the effort to heighten AIDS awareness in Africa as well, and the result was the pair of Chuck Taylor All Stars pictured here. Similar looking to the resulting product of the aforementioned collaboration between Converse and United Bamboo, this pair of the Chuck Taylor All Star sports a COMPLETELY white leather design, with an embossed Converse logo on one side and absolutely nothing else on the other side of each shoe. Opening Ceremony will have this pair of the Chuck Taylor All Star on sale starting November 21, as will other select retailers.

A little over a week ago we showed you a pair of the Nike Air Zoom Tennis Classic designed in a classic black-royal blue/white colorway. Now, Nike has chosen to once again work on this classic silhouette and apply a colorway that has been particular popular this year- yellow-black/white. The upper is predominantly yellow with a white midsole, black outsole, black shoe laces, and an embossed Nike swoosh. In September we brought you word of two possible Nike Air Safari ‘87 retro releases slated for the 2009 holiday season. And, as we always promise and love doing, we can now follow-up on that news and relate to our fans and readers that a pair of the Nike Air Safari ‘87 will indeed be retroed in a black/orange/safari print colorway and release on December 1. Moreover, there is a neon yellow stitching along parts of the upper that now accompanies the shoe and adds a subtle twist to the classic silhouette. The Nike Big Nike has made a ravenous comeback in 2009. Part of the reason is the fact that the Nike team is releasing the silhouette in a lot of attractive materials and colorways. A pair of the Nike Big Nike sporting black elephant print is a wonderful example of how Nike is getting people on board of the Nike Big Nike bandwagon. Now, another pair of the Nike Big Nike shoe is preparing for a Black Friday release. Pictured here is the shoe in a black/metallic silver colorway, which is bound to remind many of us of the Oakland Raiders colors. Although no official ties exist between the team and this sneaker release, it is somewhat ironic that the shoe drop in this colorway the day after the Raiders play the Cowboys on Thanksgiving day. Again, these will be releasing on Friday November 27, 2009 from House of Hoops locations nationwide. How many of you hope to snag a pair?
