Japanese retailer Mita linked up with PUMA to produce a limited Clyde. The shoe’s blue/black color scheme mimics Japan’s “Land of the Rising Sun” flag motif to produce an effect that’s visually arresting and functional in the fashion department. The Clyde features a black suede toebox and checkered outsole tread. A white PUMA stripe and shoestrings round out the collaborative effort. The PUMA Mita Clyde is available now exclusively at Mita.

The PUMA CAT 2 ST traces it roots back to the 1990s, when the hightop ruled the hardwood. The shoe recently received the reissue treatment, and was brought back in this buttery black/purple/yellow color scheme. The CAT features a combination patent leather/leather black upper that’s accented by a bright yellow outsole. The model’s highlight, however, is the noticeable nylon mesh “CAT” emblem that wraps around the heel and ankle collar. The PUMA Cat 2 ST in black/purple/yellow is available now overseas.

Puma’s R698 model has mad a serious comeback since it was first introduced the 1980s. Recently, we’ve seen new colorways and collabos, such as the one with Solebox. Adam Leaventon, the brand’s Director of Merchandising, was excited, too, and created a few pairs of one-offs for himself and his closest cronies. It’s been a while since we last saw an update of the Puma Clyde Hall of Game collection, but sure enough, it’s coming. Puma has released the previously shown Puma Clyde in a LA Lakers purple/gold colorway, along with a Puma Clyde in green/white colorway to represent the Boston Celtics. This specific colorway was made to commemorate the historical rivalry between the Lakers and Celtics, or Magic and the Bird. Both shoes features suede uppers in their respective colorways, while the Laker Clyde has a white sole and the other a gumsole. Be sure to get a pair of these to rep your team in this ongoing rivalry.
