Japanese footwear company Ubiq has fitted their popular high top model, Fatima, with a series of polka dot themed colorways. Featuring uppers in brown, black, and grey, all three models are tied together with white on the polka dots, laces, and midsole. You can expect the polka dot pack to hit select Ubiq retailers sometime soon.

Fracap has enlisted the help of retailer oki-ni to assist in the restructuring of their classic Mountaineering Boot. Featuring a grey suede upper, yellow leather heel panel, and hiking laces, the model boasts an exclusive colorway. On top of the use of unique colors and materials, the model’s sole has been reshaped to make it flatter and thicker than that of the original boot. Nike SB has hooked up with Dutch magazine, Fluff, to produce a special photobook that documents Nike’s European SB riders. Shot by a single photographer, the 600-page project will cover 19 European tours and 117 SB riders, making the book a rather comprehensive effort. With more information to be unveiled on December 12th, Fluff’s Facebook page says the book has already been sent to print, and that European SB retailers should have it in stock before the year is up.

Neptunes superstar Pharrell Williams was recently spotted in a pair of studded Christian Louboutin sneaker. The shoes, also know as ‘Louis’, are part of the French designer’s Spring/Summer 2010 collection, and feature a fully studded white upper, beige piping, and off-white laces. Unless you happen to be in Pharrell’s tax bracket, odds are the $1200 price tag seems a bit steep, but it’s nice to get a glimpse at what some of the bigger names in the celebrity sneaker scene are wearing.

David Z. designer Ronnie Fieg, known primarily for his collaborations efforts with Asics, has teamed up with the likes of the legendary Polo Ralph Lauren line to create a Grey version of the Ranger “Cookie” Boot. Featuring a Grey suede upper, the boot appears to stay true to the recently retrofitted silhouette of the Cookie boot released back in July, the one notable change spotted is the new wider buckle. To celebrate the model’s limited release, Fieg gathered a bunch of people who have influenced his work for a Central Park photo shoot. Set to release exclusively at DavidZ.com and the David Z. flagship store in Soho this coming Black Friday, you can check out some more detailed images after the jump.

Previewed back in October, we now have some more detailed images of the upcoming Cyclope x Veja collaboration fixed-gear sneakers. Made with ecological materials like vegetable-tanned leather and Wild Amazonian rubber, the fair trade shoes are set to be released in two colorways, Black/Blue/Turquoise and Black/Red/Cormin.
