Nike Blazer SB Premium - Aquamarine / Electrolime

Nike SB is upping the ante with its latest release of the Nike Blazer SB. The aquamarine/electrolime Nike Blazer SB Premium is a heavy hitter with its full aquamarine pigskin suede upper. The pigskin makes the suede look extra smooth and buttery, the way suede really should be. An electrolime suede swoosh nicely contrasts the aquamarine, which is nicely offset by a clean white midsole. The outsole sports electrolime, which is also found on the tongue tag. This pair of Blazers is available now online for a reasonable $96 overseas.

Nike SB Zoom Paul Rodriguez 2.5 - Summer 2010

It seems as if the branches of Nike are all borrowing ideas from each other. For example, Nike SB has made a hybrid of sorts following in the footsteps of Jordan Brand and their .5 models such as the Air Jordan 16.5. The result is the Nike SB Zoom Paul Rodriguez 2.5, which is obviously a mix between the Nike SB Zoom P-Rod II and III. This particular 2.5 features a deep burgundy/university blue colorway, using a deep burgundy suede upper with deep burgundy leather on the swoosh and ankle panel. University blue is placed on the stitching and inner lining to accent the dark color. A nice clean white midsole gives the shoe a complete skate feel. Give us your thoughts on this 2.5 before it comes out Summer 2010.

Nike Zoom Bruin SB - Orange / Black

After the success of the last few colorways of the Nike Zoom Bruin SB, Nike SB has decided to keep going with the underrated skate shoe. The Nike Zoom Bruin SB will come in an orange/black colorway, which rocks a full suede upper in orange. The orange is nicely offset by a black suede swoosh and black inner lining. The white midsole also gives this shoe some nice contrast, especially with the gumsole underneath. Expect to see this shoe in Summer 2010, but too bad they aren’t releasing in time for Halloween!

Nike
teams up with frequent collaborator Michael Lau to present a new colorway of the Nike SB Zoom Stefan Janoski. Similar to the 2006 Nike SB Dunk Low Lau worked on, the sneaker features a stylized woodgrain patterned upper, but uses brighter accenting than its older sibling, creating contrast with its white laces/midsole. Word has it that model will be released on October 3rd, to coincide with the end of Lau’s ‘10th Gardener’ exhibition, but no news on how limited a release it might be facing. Stayed tuned for more information as we get closer to the start of next month.
