The Nike SB Blazer is consistently re-issued in clean and fresh new colorways that have Nike SB fans wanting more. This time around, the SB Blazer is nicknamed “Swoosh Life,” and it hosts a grey nubuck upper accented by a red swoosh, brown mid-sole, black laces, and a red out-sole. Though the colors and color placements are on point, the most interesting aspects of this sneaker are definitely the embroidered words on the heel tabs; the left pair yields the word “SWOOSH,” while the right pair features the word “LIFE.” Expect to see the Nike SB Blazer Swoosh Life at select retailers this Summer ‘09.

With the month of June coming to an end and the warm weather quickly approaching, we have a look at what Nike SB will have to offer for July ‘09. The Blazer SB will be dropping in a green spark colorway composed of a green upper with white and red accents, while Stefan Janoski’s Pro Model will release in a light brown style. The Dunk SB Low and the Bruin SB are both set to drop in an extremely similar color scheme composed of a black suede base with white accents seen on the swoosh, mid-sole, heel, and tongue. Aside from the Nike Dunk and Air Force 1, the Blazer High is one of the most popular Nike silhouettes ever created. For their Spring ‘10 collection, Nike will be dropping three new variations of the Blazer. The first sneaker hosts a medium grey mesh upper with pink inner lining and a white mid-sole, while the second style features a varsity red mesh upper with a black inner lining and white mid-sole. The final variation of the Blazer High from this preview yields a simple black leather upper accented by a white mid-sole. Be on the lookout for all three sneakers to drop in the Spring of 2010.

As part of their June 2009 collection, Nike is dropping two new colorways of the Blazer High. The first pair comes in men’s sizes and it hosts a white leather upper with blue accents on the swoosh and mid-sole, while red accents are seen on the tongue tag and sole. The second style releasing this month is for the female sneaker aficionados and it is featured in a light green upper with turquoise and volt accents. Both variations of the Nike Blazer High should now be available at your local Nike retailers.

Though the Nike Blazer is not usually used for basketball purposes anymore, but rather as a casual and lifestyle sneaker, Nike continues to release new styles of their simple high-top sneaker. This time around, the Blazer comes with a clean metallic silver upper with black accents seen on the tongue and mid-sole stripe, while electrolime accents are visible via the inner lining, heel, laces, and out-sole. Nike linked up with Seattle, Washington record company Sub Pop to collaborate on a new Nike Blazer. The shoe is inspired by Sub Pop’s first 7″ single, “Gebel Barkal”, released in August of 2008. The Blazer matches a black suede toebox with a zest/silver premium leather upper. A star emblem is printed near the model’s ankle collar and the “Sub Pop” logo is printed on the tongue and burned onto the heel. Down below, the shoe’s white midsole is topped off by a black toecap. The Nike SB Blazer x Sub Pop will be available at Nike SB QS accounts this coming July.
