A week ago we previewed for our followers a Nike Blazer ND in somewhat of an infrared colorway. Many of our readers really liked what they saw- from colorway, to materials used, to (especially) the reworked Nike swoosh. Today, we bring you a look at another similar pair. This Blazer is done up in a “bone” and navy blue colorway, with a mix of both leather and suede materials on the upper. The laces area comes in a grey that’s just a bit darker than the “bone,” and there is a navy blue pattern circling the entire sole, while the Nike swoosh has again been replaced with perforations that simply outline the brand’s famous logo. Like the first pair we showed you, these are on sale at very select Nike retailers- both online and in-store- so do your hunting before these are all gone. Who knew Huf was behind the latest makeover for the Nike Blazer Mid SB? Huf collaborated with Nike SB once again, this time, making a capsule collection featuring two colorways for the Nike SB Blazer Mid Canvas, tee shirts, jacket, and trucker hats. This Blazer silhouette features full canvas uppers in black and white, respectively, both with stitched swooshes, silver lace eyelets, Huf logo tags at the ankle, and special throwback Blazer heel panels against white midsoles. These collaborative shoes aren’t as outstanding as its predecessors, but that doesn’t take away from the genius that is Huf. The Nike Blazer Mid 09 ND is a new favorite, especially after the lucky green pair that released this month. The Nike Blazer Mid 09 ND now comes in a light chocolate/light chocolate-black-rustic colorway. In regular English, the shoe features a brown colorway, using a light chocolate suede upper, with a brown leather swoosh. The upper also features a brown mesh tongue, black inner lining, black laces, black metal lace eyelets, and a black back Nike logo panel. To add to the list of October 2009 releases from Nike, Nike has released new colorways for the Nike Dunk Low and Nike Blazer High. The Nike Dunk Low comes in a black/varsity purple/white colorway, using a black and varsity purple leather upper, with a purple striped toebox, grey mesh inner lining, and white leather swoosh. The Dunk is part of the Nike rivals pack, as it represents Nike North on the tongue tag. The Nike Blazer High Urbano comes in a black/white colorway, using a black nubuck upper, classic black Blazer midsole, and white leather swoosh to match the white ankle panel. These are both out now for $78 a piece.

With all the boot-styled sneakers releasing this holiday season, things were starting to get too outdoorsy. Luckily, Nike thought of a new way to sell its latest shoes, and this Nike Blazer was one of its results. The Nike Blazer Mid ACG Premium comes in a never-before-seen “x-ray” design. That’s right, the all black on black shoe features a black patent leather upper which sports an x-ray shot of a foot, creating the illusion that one can see your foot through the shoe! The whole foot is shot, from the toe to the ankle, with the Nike logo in white on the back panel. The black ACG midsole also sports a subtle sparkly mix to make this shoe stand out even more. Last week, we brought you news of a more exclusive Nike Blazer recently added to Nike’s “Try On” series. Now there’s another, more exlcusive pair of Blazer’s on the market as you read this by way of Nike Sportswear’s 21 Mercer shop in New York- this Nike Blazer Mid 2009 ND. Obviously, the general Blazer concept is there, however, there are certain touches that make this a less than ordinary pair of Blazers.

For one, the upper comes in a mix of both black suede and leather materials. Furthermore, a perforated Nike Swoosh is only barely noticeable, thanks to the hot red accents coming through the holes that make up the Nike swoosh outline. And the bottom of the upper is comprised of a stitched pattern that runs around the entire shoe and sits on what is a very traditional all-white sole. The Nike Blazer has gone through many changes, but sometimes change is good, as the Blazer has been revamped into the Nike Blazer Mid 09 ND. This Blazer Mid comes in a clean black/lucky green-metallic silver colorway. The upper uses black leather and a black leather swoosh, along with a metallic silver cap which wraps around the whole shoe.
