Previewed last week, the latest PE colorway of the Nike Zoom Kobe IV has just been offered up as a limited quickstrike release. In remembrance of Bryant’s days with the Lower Merion Aces, the model utilizes their home jersey color scheme of Red, White, and Grey, as well as striped laces and mascot insignia. As is the case with most quickstrike releases, you shouldn’t expect the sneakers to be floating around for too long.

We have already seen the China edition of the Nike Air Max LeBron 7 (VII), and we now have our first look at a pair made for select retailers in London, England. This pair draws inspiration from LeBron’s alma mater, St. Vincent-St. Mary High School, and hosts a white leather upper with green and gold accents. Another key aspect of the AM LeBron 7 is the image on the rear of the sneaker that displays the SVSM team with their hands raised in the center of a huddle. The Nike Zoom Alpholution has been an alternative to your higher-profile basketball sneakers of 2009, with colorways like the Varsity Purple recently going on sale. We now have pictures of another pair that has recently popped up- the Nike Zoom Alpholution black-on-black. Despite the classic colorway, this pair contains certain things like a mesh underlay and elephant-like print that is sure to make it more attractive in the eyes of sneakerheads used to seeing the black-on-black colorway applied to a plethora of shoe models over the years. The Nike Air Max LeBron VII (7) Low will be available during the Summer of 2010. This wear test sample of the shoe hosts a tumbled white leather upper with crimson red accents and a varsity black Swoosh. The outsole features a traction pattern with extremely deep herringbone grooves provides grip. A partially exposed Air Unit resides in the heel, but it appears as if this sample did not include a full-length Air Unit. This Nike Air Max LeBron VII (7) Low is a sample and will not be hitting retail.

Yesterday, we previewed the Nike Zoom Kobe IV (4) Varsity Black/Concord/Metallic Gold, a shoe that’ll hit retail in mid-October. This white/gold/purple/varsity red sample version of the IV recently hit the ‘net, complete with snakeskin accents a Black Mamba logo, and Chinese print. The shoe’s combination white patent leather/leather upper is complimented by a red-accented Swoosh and Flywire on the medial side, and gold strands and logo on the other. The insoles celebrate Kobe’s NBA Championship and gold medal in the ‘08 Beijing Olympics. A release date for this Nike Zoom Kobe IV (4) sample is unknown; we’ll update if and when we learn more!

The Nike Zoom Kobe IV (4) will return to shelves this October in this awesome Black/Metallic Gold/Concord color scheme. During the 1992 Summer Olympic Games in Barcelona, Spain, the Admiral, David Robinson, laced up the Nike Air Ballistic Force High en route to the gold medal. In the summer of 2010, Nike plans to drop yet another hybrid basketball shoe: the Nike Zoom Barcelona. This sneaker draws inspiration from the Nike Air Ballistic Force High’s and pays homage to the Dream Team’s accomplishments in Barcelona. One pair will come in the expected USA colors, while a second pair’s colorway will draw inspiration from the Lithuanian national basketball team colors that the Dream Team defeated in the finals to take home the gold.
