A recent collaboration that resulted in a Air Max 90 Current took place between Nike and Dave’s Quality Meat, producing a design that represents for the East coast. Now, UK artist Ben Drury has teamed up with the Nike brand team to produce the Air Max 90 Current pictured here. The upper comes in an obsidian shade and consists of nylon, mesh, and premium/perforated leather. The midsole is white, while the back of the outsole comes in light blue- like the accompanying shoe laces. The right shoe’s tongue tag reads “Trust Me,” while the left’s reads “London.” These are actually available now from the 21 Mercer shop in New York City.

Nike Air Max 1 - White / Neutral Grey - Vibrant Yellow

It isn’t exactly a design by Patta, but the latest Nike Air Max 1 to release still has some flavor. The Nike Air Max 1 comes in a white/neutral grey-vibrant yellow colorway, taking on a light tone throughout the shoe. The upper consists of neutral grey suede panels and white mesh to match the midsole and outsole. Vibrant yellow suede offsets the white mesh and grey swoosh nicely to give the shoe some unexpected flare. The grey mesh inner lining blends nicely with the grey tongue, keeping this strictly a tri-tonal shoe. Be on the lookout for this AM1 to release this season.

The Pegasus ‘89 is the perfect shoe for the occasion, given the collapse of the Berlin Wall twenty years ago. The shoe uses a mixed colorway including black, grey, purple, and white, utilizing suede, leather, mesh, and even a speckled swoosh. “Berlin 89″ is stitched at the back to represent the iconic moment in history, and is also printed on the purple insole. “Berlin” makes its name on the lace plate to finish off this symbolic shoe. TrainerSCBoJackson1

Yesterday, we gave you some good news regarding the release of Bo Jackson’s Nike Air Trainer 1. But Nike also prepared the athlete’s signature Nike Air Trainer SC in a Raiders colorway earlier this year. While some people tried and still are trying to cop a pair with Bo’s number 34 on the heel- because quantities are limited that could be nearly impossible at this point (unless you’re willing to shell out a pretty penny).

But we’ve just gotten word that select Foot Lockers worldwide will receive a shipment of this grey/black-white Nike Air Trainer SC this very week- although apparently without the number 34 on the heel. Moreover, another trainer shoe in the Nike Air Max 2009 will pop up at select Foot Lockers this week- in a silver/red colorway. It looks like things are beginning to pick up as we move farther into November and, of course, December.

Nike Air Max ST Retro - White / Black - Red

We already know that 2009 is the year of the retro, so it’s no surprise that Nike pulled out a retro colorway for the Nike Air Max ST. The Nike Air Max ST Retro comes in a classic white/black-red colorway, taking from its forefather, but adding in Nike’s latest technology. The shoe has a perforated white patent leather upper against a black nubuck mudguard to differ from the originals. The white midsole nicely separates the black mudguard and black outsole. The swoosh uses red synthetic material to really give the classic silhouette a modern touch. The Air Max ST logo is printed on the tongue in bold black to give this classic colorway a nice comeback this holiday season.
