Nike’s 1World initiative pairs up some of the Swoosh’s hottest silhouettes with unlikely artists from the sports world. Manchester United middlefielder Rio Ferdinand put together a premium version of the Air Force One (1) that celebrates his love of football. The lowtop features gold heel accents that read “5″ and “V” and a corresponding “gold foil” check. Down below, Ferdinand’s creation is highlighted by a translucent midsole and outsole. The Air Force 1, a timeless classic, has been seen in a plethora of colorways for over two decades now, and Nike isn’t stopping anytime soon. This classic white, team red, and black colorway has been seen on many Nike and Jordan models over the years, and now it’s applied to the Air Force 1. A solid white upper is accented by a team red swoosh, and a black outsole. The AIR logo is also featured in Team Red on the midsole and heel area. This is a very simple, but efficient colorway, so be on the lookout for these Forces sometime soon.

Nike’s 1World project is still in full effect. After excellent additions from LaDainian Tomlinson, Yi Jianlian, and others, Nike now teams up with Feride Uslu for another pair of Air Force 1s. Feride Uslu is the mastermind behind Uslu Airlines, colette’s make-up brand. Earlier images of this collaboration were spread around the internet, but here are photos of the final product. There are a few key differences from the early pair and the final pair, such as the elaborate scarf on the right shoe, the bright pink laces, and logo placement. It seems like Nike is milking the Sakura print to fit every colorway. This time, the Nike Air Force 1 Low Women’s comes in a white/citron-sakura colorway, for all those lime-lovers out there. The shoe features a white leather upper and white midsole, followed by a citron outsole. This time around though, the sakura is on the middle side panel, as opposed to being on the back heel. The citron and white is contrasted by a lime inner lining to complete this simple shoe.

The Air Jordan 9 is one of the most significant Air Jordan sneakers in history, because it released the same year that MJ retired. These special kicks are now mashed with the Nike Air Force 1 to become the next up in the Air Jordan Force line. This white, black, and red colorway works extremely well on this AJF 9 silhouette. The result was the Double Goose x Art Force One x Nike Air Force 1 Camo Pack, complete with a handmade matching down vest. These custom force’s feature a black leather upper with a yellow splatter design that doesn’t overwhelm the shoe. It is offset by a white toebox, midsole, and grey sole. The vest is made of down leather to give that lux feeling. Both items come in a unique wood box to make this collabo legit.
