For years now, the Nike LeBron line has dedicated a special colorway to our favorite communist country and go-to financial backer, China. This season, the Nike LeBron VII (7) “China” is distinguished by its metallic gold toe and matching Flywire. The shoe’s gleaming white upper is covered with Chinese text and design, none of which I can decipher. An Air Max unit is embedded in the VIIs midsole for unmatched comfort. Even though the Nike Air Max LeBron VII isn’t even available for retail yet, we’re already hearing about future releases for the seventh installment of LeBron’s signature shoe line. The Nike Air Max LeBron VII Low will come out in three colorways, including blue, grey, and off-white. Although we can’t tell much from the pictures at hand, we can speculate what the shoes will be like. Aside from an all leather upper on the blue pair, they grey pair uses an all suede grey upper, giving the shoe a nice touch. This shoe promises to be a great addition to anyone’s basketball shoe collection, so be patient ’til this summer’s over and the next one begins!

It’s always a treat when Nike conjures up a sample of the Nike Zoom LeBron signature line. This time, we get to see the Nike Zoom LeBron VI (6) in an all black wear test sample. The shoe uses an all black leather upper with black patent leather on the swoosh and toe area. The black is contrasted by red graffiti inner lining. The major characteristic though, is the fact that the shoe has no logos whatsoever on the shoe. Nothing signifies that this is in fact a ZL6, but of course we know that from recognition. Despite this fact, if you’re into this sample, then hope that it gets released.

Several months ago LeBron James hosted the King City Classic in Akron, Ohio. The all-star game, featuring many of the world’s brightest young basketball talents, received its own Nike Basketball PE (Player Exclusive). More particularly, this all-patent Nike Zoom Soldier III (3) in black/varsity red/old gold was given to the game’s participants. The shoe features Zoom Air underneath and two midfoot straps for a ride that’s comfortable and supportive enough for a King. The Nike Zoom Soldier III (3) King City Classic PE will stay unreleased for now, but never count out a House of Hoops limited drop down the road!

We last saw Nike doing something for the Think Pink line on the Nike Zoom Kobe IV. This time, Think Pink has taken over the Nike Zoom Soldier III. One of LeBron’s signature Nike’s comes in a white/white-pink-metallic silver colorway, with the Kay Yow’s WBCA Cancer Fund logo on the front strap. The ZS3 was worn by players of the WNBA team Atlanta Dream in their game against the Seattle Storm in the Phillips Arena on August 15th.
