After seeing the Adidas ZX700 Boat shoe go through an array of transformations, such as the corduroy and zebra pairs, Adidas has given the shoe a fresh look. The Adidas ZX700 Boat comes in an aluminum grey/yellow colorway. The upper features a grey overbrushed suede upper with a moccasin-style toebox and yellow heel panel on top of the white midsole. Given rapper Missy Elliot’s adidas love, it’s no surprise to see her own adidas originals signature sneaker line. The adidas originals New Parkice Mid (Respect M.E.) is featured in a gold/olive colorway that defines the rapper’s style. It has a gold leather upper with olive stripes and inner lining. The white midsole has a gold netted panel, making this a unique shoe. The Respect M.E. logo is printed on the tongue in olive, and comes complete with a hanging crown tag. Returning again is groundbreaking fashion designer Jeremy Scott for his fall/winter collaboration with adidas Originals. Known for his avant-garde renderings in fashion, Jeremy Scott has broken the barriers in the realm of footwear as well with shoes like his recent three tongue adidas Originals sneaker. This boot features what appears to be a very distorted white and black pattern on the tongue as well as a variety of other bright colors that will definitely stand out. The last Adidas Torsion news we got word of included a rather eclectic model and nice colorway. This time around, Adidas is releasing the SP Mid version of the Torsion pictured here, which quite obviously draws inspiration from your generic hiking boot. The colorway in which this Torsion SP Mid comes is also rather “outdoorsy” with earth tones such as blue and salmon accents. This Torsion model also has water-proof Gore-Tex lining to keep you ready to explore mother nature. At the beginning of this year, Adidas introduced a new Gazelle 2 as part of its Originals lineup. 2/3 into the year, Adidas is setting up to release its OT Tech portion of the Originals collection. One part of it will be the OT Tech Tokyo Lo pictured here in a predominantly black colorway with red and white accents. This classic shoe has a number of updates highlighted by an entirely Gore-Tex lining. You can expect these to release in a couple of months, as it is a part of Adidas’ Fall/Winter 2009 collection. It’s been a number of months since we’ve heard of another Mark Gonzales and Adidas collaboration, which have become commonplace in the sneaker world. Well, the renowned skateboarder and artist is back at it again. This time, he worked on the Adidas Nizza Hi, which first debuted in the 1970’s. This pair comes with some of Mark’s own art on the embroidered tongue patch and around the heel. And the three blue stripes give the otherwise mostly white shoe the rest of the sneaker’s color, while laying on an entirely rubber outsole.
